After a long war tore apart the Earth, a ship-equipped with a powerful AI-was sent into space so humans wouldnt go extinct. The ship was packed with volunteers safely tucked away in cryogenic stasis chambers, all of who had had their memories (except who they are, their loved ones, basic survival skills, language, etc) repressed. It also contained lots of various supplies and records of human culture and tech. After a long while, the AI found a habitable planet for the humans to live on. And thus began the start of a new Earth. How will the people survive in an alien environment?

The AI in the ship is very smart. It's name is Nova, same as the ship's name. It has the capability to talk to the humans and sometimes give guidance. Be aware however that all the humans are aware of the fact that Nova is an AI.
Magic is fine in this RP as long as it leans towards "superpowers" rather than "witchcraft". Also be aware that your character will NOT remember having powers.
Yes, later on in the RP there will be aliens.
Yes, character death is fine, just don't godmod. NPCs can die.
Yes, in rare circumstances a character may remember things, but this is very, VERY unlikely.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Further future, perhaps visit mars or upload your brain
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.

I'm getting all the Voltron vibes from the plot... I'm interested in joining as i'm quite enamoured with superhero abilities and spaceships alike, though my character isn't listed on my character list and I have quite a large amount of work on my plate to make a bio for them (I'm also kinda lazy). Is it alright if I pm you the details or do you want me to give you them right here? I'll be playing a female character if you take me in, that's for sure.
