Is there a way to see the exact creation date of a character? Like a more detailed account activity log? I thought there was one, (not just purchase log) however...if there is one I cannot find it for the life of me.
There is no creation date listed for a character unfortunately. You can kind of figure out which order your characters were created in by checking their IDs though.
If you go to Dashboard > click the pencil icon next to the character, then check the URL, it gives you its ID, like so:

Comparing IDs at least lets you kind of sort characters by creation date without seeing the dates themselves. I'd personally like to have that kind of info on my characters displayed somewhere though so this wouldn't be necessary.

Yeah...having the ability to see a characters creation date would be nice in some way. Like, a log of profile activity in general. Say, the date and 'Sanne created Hugo' or that and then the date. And if you made any changes, and if you deleted a character, or change it's name or something.
