I got a map done for a group rp I intend to start soon. Thing is...it's really big, so big that I don't think RPR can upload it. So anyone know a good place to upload it so I can link to it? Would Imagur work?

You might also want to try compressing it with TinyPNG

You'd be surprised how much it can compress without much of a difference in quality - you might be able to upload it to RPR after all! (And it'd be less data for your friends to download)

I'll try imgur, but tinypng won't work since they have a limit of 5 MB....my file is 20 MB...xD I will admit that I didn't realize that they were going to make such a huge map for me.
Edit: looks like I will have to ask them to make the map a bit smaller and the banners bigger. Even zoomed in on imgur, I can't read the smaller banner's writing.

What you'll have to do there is get the direct link from imgur.
Put that on your site and make it something like...

20 MB is TOO big. Aint nobody want to DL a 20MB image.
Check how large the first image is (in terms of pixels, not of storage space). I'd guess for most purposes 1000 or 2000 px at the widest direction is probably sufficient for a map but depending on the complexity you could need it to be bigger.
Open it in Paint and resize it. (This should also reduce the size of the file) (Or if you don't have Paint, any other art program will do)

The problem is that if I resize it, the banners won't be legible anymore. So I'll have to ask the person to resize it and then redo the banners. So I sent a request to the map maker to do so.
