Dusty was at her wits end. 12 years. 12 years she had been searching, and finally she had reached a point where she would do anything for a tip on the decade old case. Never trusting others to assist her, she had searched alone. Finally, after all this time she turned to people she never considered, strangers. But how would she get their attention? That was an easily solved problem, the internet.
She sat at her desk and flipped open the old laptop which overheated too easily. After research, she found a site which was frequently used. This wasn't to give every detail, it was to find someone interested in spending time and effort to assist her. She wrote a post under the name 'DustBunny223'
Dormant missing persons case -NEED HELP- Serious replies only.
Hello, my name is Dusty and I have been plagued with searching for my missing, now 12 year old, son. He disappeared right after birth, he was taken from my arms. It has been utter hell for me these past few years and I am finally reaching out for help. I need someone, anyone with knowledge on the subject of searching for a person. Please, I am at the end of my sanity, and it's getting harder and harder to think he is still out there. I don't care in the slightest how terrible my grammar is, I just need this to be read.
I don't want to give any specifics in this post, but if you are honestly willing to give a woman help to find her baby, contact me.
She added in an email, and asked for all responses to be sent there. Dusty held her breath and clicked the button to post, all she could do was hope and prey for a response. Maybe these strangers would prove her wrong, maybe she was always right about them. Only time would tell.
((This rp will be played by Dusty Acton and any character of your choosing, as long as they are knowledgeable.
overview:
This is a rp with two characters, mine and yours, and more if we get into the actual solving of her sons disappearance! They will be searching, talking online and maybe even meeting up irl at some point. This is a supernatural (vampire) roleplay and it would work pretty easily if yours were too, but if they are human they just need a general idea of hell and how it works.
Hell:
Hell in this roleplay is very organized, sectors, leader and a class system.
1 High demons work with Lucifer
2 Demons are created by Lucifer, or are humans who worshipped him and died.
3 Devils are created by Lucifer and are total ***holes by nature
4 Vampires are thought of as liars and cheats
5 Wandering souls are people who have died and are wandering around hell after their times int he firey pits
We can talk about this if you'd like to know more or get a better idea/ change it in a way or two.

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.

Distant war may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat will likely be summarized, not played out in detail.

Your plan is to have him as Dusty's friend? or James'? If Dusty then it would develop into a more family relationship then friendship. Perhaps adoption?
We could switch the plot to that her son was killed at some point instead and she adopted to fill the void.

Hello! This idea sounds great, I'd love to RP it with you if youre still looking for someone. I'd use Jas, he's a human and but I'm pretty flexible with changing stuff up for a story too. He used to work for the police force, so has a fair bit of knowledge on missing persons cases.

Okay, I'm assuming he's human so I will change the plot for it to be a human case
I will make her age more realistic, lets say 36, her son is still 12. Her personality remains the same though. Send me a pm with Jasper's response and we can get going right away? We can talk about concerns as they pop up and where the rp is going as we write our responses
