Story ((For more info, check the city page)):
Some years passed without any hope for people, without any savior or something for them to make them believe in that truth there is still a reason to live. Dangerous days are coming and crimes are rising again and coming back to the city, it makes two sides for people of Cley City, one side is for kind people which want to help and make the better world, and the other side is for people with bad dreams and ideas about getting power and money, let's say "Bad guys".
In the history of Cley City we saw a lot of falls an rises but this time its a little different, real danger is chasing the city, and people are worried about their lives.
Who will help them?
Who will be the king of shadows and bring the crime and murder to the city again?
In this game, you are going to make a hero or maybe a villain start playing, or maybe you can try to be a citizen or something like that, it depends on your creativity and roleplaying art.
If you wanna learn more about the city that we are roleplaying in you can easily check this profile to get enough information. Soon we are going to improve that page too.
Don't break forum rules and try to make stories and roleplays great, don't forget this is all for fun.
You can easily send me PM or ask in here if you wanna join with your character, don't forget you can pick any role and you are free to do anything. For the start Id like to keep my roleplays medium sized not too long and not too short.

This city will crumble!
((Alright, time to be the villain this city doesn't want))

Splash man is sitting on the roof of one of the apartments, looking at he people down there, pressed a button near his jetpack and turns his jetpack on, starts flying away.

I had waked up like other days
Except for the rain
I had washed my face and brushed my teeth
I was thinking that something will happen today...
Last month I had killed someone because he was trying to raping someone in the street ...
I had shocked him with the power that I had
I can control the electricity and use it
On the way, that I want...
There was a kid there who saw me...
I never kill kids because they are special ... They make me remember
My past that who I was and who I will be
I am not a murderer or anything that they call me ...
I,m just a man who wants to fight with
The dirty thing in my life...
So I started to were my raincoat and move to the street for the new adventure...

Suddenly when rain started again for the second time during the day, he lands somewhere quiet, checks the time with his smart glasses and sees the map of the city quickly, plans for kind of activity for today.

The Dark Balancer watches the city from a distance as the rain pours down on him and starts to walk towards it
"No Agents? No Guardians? This is going to be easy" he says to himself

In the street, I saw a lot of things that can destroy this city from inside
Robbery, gang attack, raping, whores,
Drug sellers.
This must end somewhere, I don't know where, but somewhere...
So in this street that is the dirtiest street in this city,
I saw a woman who is running,
She couldn't stop breathing and stop running...
She was screaming and crying
There was a big guy who wanted to attack him...
I thought my self:
(,,This is my chance to clean this city and I think this person is the second target I will start with this street,,)
Then I ran after them, I had to help her
The time of this dirty man has arrived ...

All of the icons in the map is annoying him in front of his eyes. Starts checking places with listening to the police radio, waits for anything unusual to follow. Suddenly a voice start speaking in the police radio, "An armed robbery is going on, in Greenwood street, the north-east direction of the city, We need five units here!"
Splash man starts thinking about it. Nodding.
Starts flying, marked the location on the map and flying there, cops are securing the area and noone can go inside or out.
Focuses on the roof, lands there on the roof, throws a punch in the roof, breaks it and enters the building, dust in the air moved away and his face is clearly obvious for people and hostage in building. Robbers saw him, they got surprised, two of them trying to shoot him, starts running towards them, punches them on the head with his both fists, both of them threw towards the wall and got probably killed, the other guy is collecting the money bag in the bank safe. Kicks him in the face, the power of his moves are pretty enough to kill unarmed people, takes the money bags. there is four big money bag full of cash, waits for a second, he got an idea, if he only take two of them and tell them this, he will remains as a hero not a robber, writes something on the paper and drops it on two money bags, it says "No thanks! - splash man".
Takes two other bags and choose the other room to break the roof and escape. Flies with bags and he got away with it.

After the Dark Balancer was in the city, he took a deep breath and said "time for mayhem"
He then hears a loud scream from across the city and makes his way to the sound
