Everyone thinks that gods are immortal. But just because mortal man can't kill them doesn't mean that they live forever.

The religious speak the fall of the immortals. The legend goes that the cosmos were once in chaos and a war raged out high in the heavens between sun god and the moon goddess. All of the celestial deities of law, life and nature came together and choose a side. It was either side of their sun king or the side the queen of the night. Then, they fought for nearly a millennium. It’s said that heaven groaned and bent under their hatred for one another and in the thousandth year when the moon eclipsed the sun, the heavens split in two and devoured the immortals. The universe was on it’s own and race it’s wobbly course through time, buying time before it's inevitable demise.


Many say this is where it ends, that the gods are dead and that is why the land is slowly dying. Why the heavens were once beautiful, but are nothing more than stars wandering in their own separate orbits. But a legend has it that not all the gods have fallen. It is said that there is one, the only daughter of the sun and moon, whose soul was casted out of heaven. Her soul now lies buried in the bones of a mortal that she may have a chance to restore what their kind has destroyed. Only, she does not know it yet.

She doesn't know that the sun is going to die unless an immortal mends it. She doesn't know that the elements are withering away and the stars will wander from their orbits unless an immortal keeps the balance. doesn't know know that the moon is slowly pulling further away and the seasons are growing colder. She is the child of the gods, the daughter of the divines who was sent here to save humanity from the same fate that took her ancestors.




Story/Author Notes:

- Just to verify, I am looking for someone to play the role as the last goddess. You can write her backstory, her personality, anything! She will be your character. While it was written for the perspective of a female (a goddess), it certainly can be re-written to fit a male role as the last god. ^-^

- You definitely don't have to play multiple characters for this one, though I probably will do so myself! Just because that is what I enjoy and I feel this one could really be interesting with multiple personalities and character motivations.

- The setting is flexible too! We could definitely build up some interesting lore, so a little bit of world building would probably be in order for this one.


RP Guidelines: Although I do consider myself to be a pretty lax writing when it comes to writing with other people involved, I do have a few general rules that I like to follow when it comes to roleplaying.

- The most important rule for me when it comes to roleplay is having fun! If you or I aren’t excited about the roleplay, then it’s going to be a real downer for not only me but for you as well. So all I ask is for a partner who is invested. Please contribute to the roleplay, please be open about rules you have and most importantly, please be friendly! If I feel like I have to step on eggshells around you, you're probably not the person I am looking for.

- My writing style is novella, meaning that I will write on average anywhere from four to eight paragraphs at a time. I’ve been known to write even more if I feel so inspired! Yes, my response times do take longer but it is because you will get a longer, quality response. If this scares you, I’m sorry! I just love to write but I do realize that this isn’t for everyone so I don’t want this to hinder you from wanting to roleplay with me. Please let me know your writing length and preference and I will definitely work something out that flows best.

- I mentioned that my emphasis is English studies, but I am by no means a grammar nazi. I make plenty of spelling mistakes, so you don’t have to worry about me correcting you! All I ask is that you roleplay in third person and that you are trying your best when it comes to grammar.

- As a general rule, I don’t ever play canon characters (these are characters that are franchised and owned under a company). Fan characters might be an exception, but just to be on the safe side I ask that you use original characters. - We can talk about fan characters though, if you're loathed to part with them.

- In regards to romance, it doesn't have to me a must for me. While I definitely enjoy the cute fluff that comes with it, I also crave platonic relationships! I rather see the relationships (romantic or otherwise) grow naturally instead of being forced.

- This one isn’t really important... but I am an artist on the side so be prepared to be spammed with our characters in doodles and pictures!

But I only have one question:
Can I use my own goddess, Turah?
I know there is supposed to be one goddess but Turah is from a different pantheon all together and is from a different dimension from where (your) goddess lives
