So, I'm gonna be writing a thing, and to prep for that thing, I'm trying to make a list of some gender-centric sayings ("In like Flynn", for example) and gender roles (the good, the bad, and the ugly).
If you can help out by letting me know some sayings and roles you know of, that would be super awesome!

Some sayings and roles? Well, here we go...
"Negative Nancy" and "starvin' like Marvin" are a couple of gender centric sayings I've heard, as well as "Bye, Felicia" being a more recent one. There's definitely a lot more out there than what I can think of off the top of my head.
Gender roles? For females, there's the housekeeper who knows how to cook and take care of kids, the femme fatale, the nurse, the ingenue (i.e. the innocent, fresh-faced, naive female), the secretary, and the librarian with a naughty streak to name a few generic examples. The rich valley girl and the cheerleader are gender role examples as well.
Males? The popular jock, the everyday salaryman, the nerd with the glasses and the pocket protector, the powerful CEO, the construction worker who wolf-whistles at every cute girl that walks by, the emo/gothic outcast with long hair and piercings who all the girls just love to rebel with, and the bully. Oh, and the burly sports coach who never fails to smack the butt of one of his players to get him focused.

Lightside already kind of said a lot of the usual gender roles, so I don't think that I can add much m however, I've always wanted to post this ramble somewhere:
Ive noticed this thing in media in general, that when it comes to characterization of females, there's a tendency of making them less "ridicule". Like, the male action hero might do something dumb, or be rebuffed crudely, or be goofy, but I'm the end he's still the action hero and we treat him as such. However, the female action hero doesn't seem to get in those situations as often. I figure that it is to make the female protagonist look like more of a hero, but in the end I find it harder to relate to this kind of heroes than the ones that actually have bad or akward stuff happen to them. The best example I can think of is the latest movie from the "great heist" series: I loved the characters, and I think the movie could've been great, but there was so little tension, so few times the characters where left in the tight spot, that it ended up being pretty boring. Luckily it's a trope that's been slowly disappearing, but you can still see it here and there, and it makes it really hard to empathize with the character (and it's the core of almost every female character in an action movie from the 2000's(?))
As for sexist sayings, most i can recall are gender roles related, but I don't think those are the ones you're asking for?? :'D

Personally, bonus points for the sayings we use and don't realize how sexist they actually are!
Any profession that ends in "man." "Man up," "grow a pair." Prolific use of dude/guy for everyone. "Sissy" as an insult.

This goes for both species (like trolls and tauren from WoW) and design in general (look at the characters from Inside Out). This is because in Western society there are fewer "acceptable" ways to be female. When men or males get stylized, the design gets pushed more to an interesting extreme. Even in totally nonhuman characters you can see this dichotomy. Look at how they designed the female Night/Light Fury in HTTYD 3, for instance.
