I've recently came up with this character Lavada, who is a siren able to live between land and sea but mainly prefers to stay in the sea, and I've been absolutely dying to try her out. Obviously since Lavada is a siren then that means she could possibly come with violence and a bit of gore, but how far it goes (or if there even is any at all) really depends on my partner's preferences. So feel free to let me know of what you're comfortable with it if we do get an RP started.
I'm a sucker for romance and always like it be incorporated into the plot. Gender doesn't matter.

Siren lore/ information
(This is a combination of real siren lore from Greek mythology as well as some of my own ideas.)
There are two different kinds of sirens.
The first are the sirens that have been around since ancient times, the most dangerous out of the two kinds. Created by the Greek goddess Demeter these sirens lived among the gods on Mount Olympus to be companions for her daughter Persephone. Originally they were just creatures with the upper half of a human woman and the tail of a fish that they could easily turn into legs when stepping onto land. After Persephone was abducted by Hades Demeter gave the sirens wings in order to search for her missing daughter in the Underworld. But when they were unsuccessful those wings were forcibly ripped from the siren's backs and so was their ability to turn their tails into legs and they were all cast out of Mount Olympus into the sea to spend an eternity there. The magic behind Siren's voice weren't originally meant to lure sailors to eat, but as they grew stronger and angrier from their years trapped on earth they adapted their voices to attract them to survive. There are only a few sirens like this left in the world so they are extremely rare but still dangerous. No one knows how to kill them so anyone who comes across them won't survive long, unless they know their weakness which is only known to the sirens themselves.
The next kind of sirens weren't created by the goddess Demeter. These sirens were once young women who have drowned but as the ocean took pity on them and gave them the ability to breathe and swim they were given a second chance as a siren of the sea. They still have the same ability to lure in sailors in order for them to eat though the magic behind their voices are not as powerful and someone with a strong will would be hard and almost impossible to lure. Unlike the sirens of Mythology these ones can still turn their tail into legs but for these weaker sirens it is extremely painful as their skin basically has to split apart. This kind of siren is slowly dying out because of the original, stronger sirens slowly killing them off despite the fact that they know how to kill them.

- I usually write about 3-6 paragraphs, maybe even more depending on how inspired I am and I usually like my partners to match that reply length. But if you truly find it hard to come up with that much just let me know.
- This is a one-on-one rp, I don't know why but I just can't do group rps.
- I'm fine with mature themes. Again it all really depends on what my partner is comfortable with.
- There are times where I may mess up on grammar or need something explained to me a bit simpler, cause of my dyslexia so if that happens I ask that you simply be patient with me and point out my mistakes, thank you. ^^
