There is a virus going around that is affecting super-powered people and weakening their powers. Scientists across the world have been trying to find the cause of this with no luck. But... the government has been acting quite odd. There is little to no news on this epidemic, and they have been rounding those who have lost their powers and they go unheard of. And recently, they passed a law that requires super-powered people to be tracked through the means of a chip. With the super-powered community slowly dwindling and becoming government property, the super-powered people are banning together to find the trace of this strange virus and find other super-powered people that they can save from losing their powers.
