Werren

Movies, television, comics, books, video games, and the likes of media all have a variety of opposing factions with their own ideas. Here I shall provide a list of factions I'm familiar with you can choose your characters' side on and a brief explanation if you'd like. You can also add from your own favorite media if you'd like and even discuss your own character's factions in their universe.

The Horde vs. The Alliance from World of Warcraft.

The Galactic Empire vs. The Galactic Republic from Star Wars

The Jedi Order vs. The Sith Order from Star Wars

The Assasins vs. The Templar from Assasin's Creed

The Order of the Phoenix vs. The Death Eaters from Harry Potter

The Imperium of Man vs. The Tao from Warhammer 40K

Romulans vs. Vulcans from Star Trek

The Federation vs. The Borg from Star Trek

The Dominion vs. The Maquis from Star Trek

Captain America vs. Iron Man (Civil War) from the MCU

Edit: This is not so much about having characters in these worlds as much as who would your characters sympathize with personally based on their personal opinions or if they were in that world.
I don't have any characters currently in any of these categories, but if I did they would be aligned with the Federation against the Borg and the Vulcans against the Romulans.

I'm the same with Abigail_Austin on this one in not having characters for these, though I hope to get into a Star Wars rp someday! Would totally be down for playing a character within the Galactic Republic or Jedi Order.

Now, I myself was on Iron Man's team in Civil War...I saw the reasoning on both sides, but I felt more for Tony...don't kill me! *hides behind T'Challa*

It's more of who would your set of characters sympathize with personally?

Ooooh. Ok. That's an interesting exercise.

Jude. My werewolf antihero.

He would be on the side of all those who are strategic and conniving for the sake of their set of values or their people. He thinks the ends justify the means.

So...the Romulans, Ironman/Tony Stark, the Galactic Empire, the Sith, the Maquis, and I don't know the other fandoms. For the Borg vs the Federation, however, he would side with the Federation because giving up free will and control would be a nightmare for him. He would make a strategic alliance with the Federation to the defeat the Borg, then he would go his own way after.

David, Jess, Karuna, Jacob and everyone else would side with the opposite of who Jude would. The Federation, the Jedi, etc.

Except David might side with the Maquis because he's a bit of a rogue vigilante himself.
Colin Morvach (played anonymously)

I don't know my Star Trek, Warcraft or Harry Potter all that well, but I do know 40K and Star Wars

Imperium of Man, Puritan Inquisitor, Ordos Malleus or Hereticus. Suffer not the witch to live.
Galactic Republic: Freedom is a right.
Sith: The Force's use must be curtailed to two and only two.
Stark: Superpowers must be monitored and controlled.

Achilles is my main muse. He'd definitely pick the Maquis, the Federation, The Galactic Republic, the Jedi (though they may disband him or excommunicate because he'll use his anger from time to time).
Cap over Tony
Phoenix
The Assassins

Ohhh...I feel stupid! XD

I'll do Raejiis and Vail.

Raejiis
- Empire
- She would be more of a Grey than anything
- Order of the Phoenix
- Iron Man

Vail
- Republic
- Also a Grey, though she would align more with Jedi
- Order of the Phoenix
- Cap
Kagura (played by Maiden_Alice)

The republic

The Jedi order

The Assassins

Captain America

The rest I know nothing about.
Finn O'Hara (played by Lanx12)

The Assassins order...Considering the fact I am an assassin.
