Anyway I got the idea of creating IC topic which was like earlier Trick or Treat, except it's Christmas themed, people can visit other house to leave them gift or simply spend time with them so they won't feel lonely during holy day. The format is simple Christmas Time: your character name.
It's one time rp, which anyone can join, if you want to stop people joining, put "closed" before thread title.

You don't have to... All you need to do is creating a thread with title as above and add your character name, then you wait for other to join rp.
