What art programs do the artists of RPR use?

MS Paint and an American flag wireless mouse from Amazon, discounted to $9 from $11 (includes free shipping).

I use GIMP

Photoshop CC + LazyNezumi Pro.

Investing in LazyNezumi was like a breath of fresh air I didn't know I needed... Definitely a must-have for anyone who uses a tablet imo.

I picked up a Photoshop Elements 10 CD from Value Village for $3. Yup. It replaced... Photoshop CS2, which I 'acquired' when the servers crashed etc etc, that whole thing. I have other programs like Sketchbook 2010, FireAlpaca... But I'm too used to the pen-weight in Photoshop, I guess.

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop CS6 for hand drawn pieces, Maya, Zbrush, and Substance Painter/Designer for 3D modeling stuff.

Clip Studio Paint plus the DAUB custom brushes, generally, on the proper computer. Procreate and Autodesk Sketchbook on the iPad!

I use an assortment; it mostly depends on the project. I have Photoshop CC, SAI 2, Clip Studio Paint, and Paintstorm.

I use on my cintiq -- clip studio pro/ex, SAI2 and the lazy nezumi add-on to stabilize or smooth. on my ipad pro i use procreate.
