A 17-year-old female by the name of Sarah Loci has been reported missing.
When a highschool student goes missing, the small community in Scotland is shaken. Two months after her disappearance, she is declared dead by authorities even though there is no evidence to support that fact.
However, there has been a suspicious person around. Nobody knows it yet, but this person can blow the whole case wide open.
This female ends up bumping into Y/C, and begin to form a friendship. However, theres something strange: this woman doesn't speak, and keeps her identity hidden him at all times. Why?

Hey, I'd be interested in this, I don't know much about 13 Reasons Why, but it still sounds like an interesting plot. I've been wanting to do something with my character that's on the Autism Spectrum, and I think having him try to genuinely connect with a troubled peer could be fun, let me know if that sounds like something you'd be interested in trying out.
