Hello, this is for anyone who might be interested in involving a knight in their plot, especially people who have foes and monsters to kill or need protection from one place to the other.
The character himself is a bit of a blank slate because I intend for him to grow through roleplay interactions without getting too attached to what happens to him. He is very new, I wrote his profile pretty much 20 minutes before this forum post. This means he hasn’t had the time to do anything particularly heroic or evil - he has a certain bloodlust in him that gravitates him towards violence but he has the sense to not fight when it’s unnecessary and has no ill-will toward the innocent, children or animals. These details are so that he can (hopefully) play a range of themes (see the chart in his profile). Finally, I’m absolutely willing to drop this guy into an entirely unfitting setting, because a lone knight trying to make sense of a coffee shop or a school campus is potentially hilarious.
I usually roleplay 1x1, any gender match up with any number of characters needed and my style is literate, multiple paragraphs - I want a fellow player who can match this. I’ve never used dice but I’m open to learning a simple system, I could be convinced to join a group but I’m shy about that, and I intend to stick around for one-offs to long term sessions of indefinite length (finding someone who works this well with me would be a miracle tbh). Keep in mind that both Rusty and I are both over 18 and may handle squeamish topics. I think that’s everything, so give Rusty a chance and drop me a PM!

Mundane? What's that? Magic permeates every part of the setting. Almost everyone has access to strong magic.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
The world IS war, but there may be RPs that don't feature it. Warhammer Fantasy/40k, etc.
Romance is desired but not required, and will balance evenly with other plot.

It is believed this witch also possesses rare items and potions and Esden is interested in them, more than the money the townspeople are offering for rescuing the kids
He's not a strong guy, and monsters are said to inhabit the forest, so a knight would be a great help.
