Hi there, everyone! I am a new member of this site. I'm Rainy ( that's what everyone calls me, anyway! ) and I hope I can make some new friends! I'm a avid roleplayer and have been roleplaying for a LONG time. I started roleplaying on Toontown Online and I haven't looked back! Since starting my roleplaying career, I've used skype, discord and tumblr and various childhood games like Toontown Online that I /still/ play today via private severs.
My favorite types of RP? Honestly, I'm not picky. I'll roleplay anything that's SFW. I'm used to roleplaying canon characters, so that's what I'll probably be doing here. I DO have ocs, though! I just don't know how to apply them!
I hope I can make some new friends here! I pride myself on being a decently friendly person, so please feel free to hit me up if you wanna be friends or something! ^^

A nice tip to is to check this link, it is the 'browse character link', this is handy cause you can see the most currently active people on the site, see the characters they are refreshing and bringing up to date to write with. Messaging them is like fishing for RP! You might get a bite, you might not!

Haha, sorry. I should have made myself more clear! ^^' Y'see, SFW is the abbreviation for Safe for Work. I was basically saying I was fine roleplaying anything that's appropriate.

If you haven't yet, we recommend browsing the tutorial, it's got a ton of helpful tips and guides for all sorts of different RP-related subjects, from making characters to looking for RP partners--even experienced roleplayers may find things they hadn't thought of, I know I sure did. And if you're still not sure about something on the site after checking out the tutorial, feel free to ask questions of the mods and anyone else who offers to help.
If you're hankering for some specific kind of RP, we have an awesome Find RP tool that has a bunch of neat filters and stuff you can use to look for particulars. If you just wanna browse, you can go straight to the Looking For RP forum and see if anything there catches your eye, or even post ideas of your own!
Or if you just wanna chat for a bit as you decide what kind of characters you want to make, we have a place for Smalltalk too!
And above all...hope you have fun and stick around a while to make a bunch of RP friends! These people being friendly sure helped me decide to stay, too, when I was new!
And honestly, OC's would be easier overall to adapt to a variety of roleplays, as far as I can see--because they aren't limited to a specific set of lore
