I'm an advanced roleplayer, been in the biz for about eight years but lost my spark recently. I came here in the hopes I might be able to rekindle it! I'm currently unable to attend school or work due to health issues so I have a LOT of free time on my hands.
I'm primarily interested in group RPs, 1x1s kill my motivation in like, ten seconds flat. I really like flexible sci-fi fantasy RPs, but modern, slice of life stuff is absolutely a guilty pleasure of mine. If you know where I could find a suitable place to sate my urges, please, for the love of the stars, let me know because I am desperate.
If anyone with equal amounts of free time and an invincibility to the Rambling skill would like to buddy up with me while I get settled in, feel free to shoot me a message! Not to brag, but...I'm probably one of the chillest people on the Internet.

Hi, and welcome! In regard to group RP (assuming you're over 18), I just opened a group this past weekend. It's a little slow as everyone's still getting their bearings and settling from holidays but I hope to gain some momentum soon. The link's on my page if you're inclined to check it out, and you're welcome to PM me with any questions. If it's not to your taste, then I certainly hope you find some other group that suits your needs - I definitely feel the group > 1x1 preference at times, too.

Hi there Efir, welcome to RPR! As you can see the community is fun, friendly, welcoming and helpful! If you haven't yet, we recommend browsing the tutorial, it's got a ton of helpful tips and guides for all sorts of different RP-related subjects, from making characters to looking for RP partners--even experienced roleplayers may find things they hadn't thought of, I know I sure did. 
And if you're still not sure about something on the site after checking out the tutorial, feel free to ask questions of the mods and anyone else who offers to help.
If you're hankering for some specific kind of RP, we have an awesome Find RP tool that has a bunch of neat filters and stuff you can use to look for particulars. If you just wanna browse, you can go straight to the Looking For RP forum and see if anything there catches your eye, or even post ideas of your own!
Or if you just wanna chat for a bit as you decide what kind of characters you want to make, we have a place for Smalltalk too!
And above all...hope you have fun and stick around a while to make a bunch of RP friends! These people being friendly sure helped me decide to stay, too, when I was new!
Sorry to hear about your health troubles, hope you feel better soon, not that we don't want you here but we wouldn't want you to sacrifice your health for us.
