Lemme start this idea off with a few questions. How far have your original characters come? Could you say that they've 'leveled up', in a way? 'Evolved', even? Have your characters aged along with you? Have you made them stronger? Weaker? Well, what if you had to reset?
Not completely. More like... Sent back to level one? Like hitting the maximum level in a video game, then restarting, just to get that cool emblem. All of your skills would be reset, all of your upgrades, gone... But, not forever.
I've had quite a few people turn me down after seeing that my characters are indeed Gods. They instantly conclude that, 'Oh, his characters aren't any fun. They can probably snap their fingers and destroy worlds.', and, they're right. But do you blame me? I roleplay to get away from the real world, 'cause it's no fun. I can't summon a sword to my hand, or fly to the nearest Five Guys to get me some good fries. I can't travel to other worlds, or make friends with other-worldly creatures. But, I sure as hell can type it out, and enjoy doing it. So, I'm going to create a New World.
For those that are already roleplaying with me - thank you for tolerating my characters, lmao. To those that I've caught the interest of, hear this out:
I want to bring my main character, Eric, into a world in which he has been reset, as I was talking about earlier. The way I've been playing him, is the overpowered God of Vampires that he is. If he drinks from someone with a certain power, he can use that power. So... Superman, for example. Everyone knows Superman. If Eric drank from him, he would eventually be able to shoot lasers out of his eyes, and fly, and move at supersonic speeds. However...
Because he has been sent to this New World, his powers have been reset. He's a simple vampire, now. He's got some strength, speed, and flight to his name, especially at night. He no longer has a handy Grimoire to summon weapons for him. He no longer has the magic that he's copied from wizards and warlocks. He's been reset.
I am looking for roleplayers to do this one-on-one, or... Dare I say it... In a group. I haven't had the best experience in group roleplays before, but I'm willing to give it another try. It's probably easier to keep track of, nowadays.
But, I much prefer one-on-one. Makes things easier to keep track of. And, you don't have to wait on one person in particular to make their reply. So, come one, come all! It'll have to be a world that isn't Earth, obviously. A world that's far outside of the Milky Way, even. The Universe is vast, and while there's a limit to it, I'm sure it's still very very huge. So... Somewhere that isn't close to the Milky Way. It's gotta be far. Far from Earth, far from what our characters would call home.
I still don't have a name for this world, yet, but I'm thinking something like... Erel. I've always had an image in mind for a world named Erel. There'll be some planets in this solar system, as well, but not anywhere close. It'll have a sun, too, but Erel will be farther from it, than Earth is from our sun. Meaning, possibly a couple more months of winter. Less time for spring and summer, essentially.
I'm sure time would move at around the same time as Earth does, too. Twelve months, 365 days in total. Just more winter time. Just to keep things less confusing, let's assume that the species of this planet use January, February, March, etc. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, etc.
Like a video game, our characters would appear in the beginning area, near the castle/kingdom. Where monsters are more like pests, in comparison to the rest of the world. Monsters like... Boars, or wolves. I'm just guessing those are the lowest on the monster-chain. Easy enough to kill, even when you're level one.
It'd be around the Age of Medieval. Those with smart gifts are just now discovering about wires, I'd like to say. So, there's no such thing as light bulbs, or radio, or flat screen TVs. But, that doesn't mean that people are living in straw huts. I'm sure they have some pretty solid brick buildings, to say the least. Instead of a gun, the man of the house would most likely have a sword, or some kind of weapon to fend off smaller monsters.
Speaking of the monsters... I'm thinking of making this world a literal fourth wall breaker. Our characters will start at level one, and in order to obtain their skills and upgrades, they just have to kill monsters. They can't do anything else to earn experience, either. Killing monsters is the only way. The people of this world would be able to help with armor and weapons of the sort, but they won't be NPCs. The only thing that makes this world similar to a video game, is the fact that they have levels.
I have an endgame in store for this idea... But, I'll reveal it in the roleplay.
P.S. Yes, this idea is somewhat based on the anime, 'The Rising of the Shield Hero'. Yes, it's a good anime. Yes, you should watch it.

I am interested with this roleplay as the idea was based on my favorite books of all time, Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari or The Rising of The Shield Hero. I wanted to asked that are we going to become some sorts of Hero? As it was the most common troupe for Isekai plot story like this. I want to hear another troupe that it got too, please!
