Welcome to the Virtual Prison. The year is 3086, prisons became too much of a hassle for people as they would fill with people and begin to take up too much space. To combat this, the virtual prison was designed. It is a warehouse of containment pods, filled with prisoners. They are submerged in liquid before being hooked up to a machine of tubes and wires, taking their mind to the prison. So, while they’re bodies are stored away, they are still in prison in their minds.
The virtual prison takes pride in making all the inmates feel like they’re really imprisoned, but because they don’t want to dehumanize them, the prison does have its own entertainment places and other normal places from society like salons and places to eat. Here, inmates can interact during their free time, get a bite to eat, or just watch some tv imported straight from real life!
Though, rules are still enforced. If an inmate acts out, the guards will come and contain them. With or without force. If an accident somehow occurs, just know that if you die in the virtual prison, you don’t wake up in the real world either.
So, please enjoy your stay at the virtual prison! Make some new friends, try some new food and remember… Don’t act out of line.
