So I came across a curious case of someone returning to the RPR on a different account after deleting their old one a while back. They were asking me to show/give them our old RP but I can't add them to the conversation since it calls a vote and I am the only participant as the other side does not exist anymore. However, this vote cannot be completed since the system still waits for a reply that will never happen.

I am not sure what your stance on this is Kim but is there at least another way to show the RP we had going without screenshotting or printing each page?

My stance is that the other party's expectation of privacy, and control over whether someone new can be added to the conversation they thought was private to you, does not go away when they leave the site. It is as intended that new folks cannot be added to a PM conversation if one of the original participants is no longer around to give their consent for that.

That this happens to be the same person is a bit odd, but a required annoyance to protect privacy expectations.

To the other question, sorry, no, there is not a simple way to export a whole PM conversation.

Alternate answer: this person made a deliberate choice to delete their account and gave up access to the pm convo, you're not actually under any obligation to do extra work for them because of their choice if you find it arduous. >.> You can if you're feeling super nice and like you have a lot of free time of course!
This is one of the benefits of having a group, even if a private one, rather than mail PM RPs, if players leave you can no longer continue that RP to add a replacement for lack of old voters
