Your character is new to the land of Atheria. The third largest continent in the world. At first glance it's just like the rest of the world except for the fact that there is no real government. Each town runs itself. That's the only world know fact about the place, but when YC arrives things aren't as they seem. It's been a few days since they arrived in the largest fief, Ethreal. Wait... Did that person have..? No it couldn't be. Impossible.

In this world everyone has secrets. Which characters you meet and backstories you unlock is up to you. Main character will be Vol with one of thee most complex and lore filled backstories. Depending on how your OC(s) play they(r) cards you could meet certain characters and the plot can go anywhere. Just saying there is an eventual ending but I doubt you'll ever make it there. Your character is informed by asking other people questions and befriending the cannon characters.
Rules:
If your character comes from another world their abilities will either have different effects, be weaker, or not work at all. Same goes for my characters when they enter other realms.
No god-modding. If there is the first rule was supposed to prevent that. I will bring in one of my own characters that can overpower yours. If it goes to far the roleplay will be stopped and the situation restarted.
I do have OP characters and abilities, BUT they are only used in certain parts of the story.
NOOOOOO explicit themes. I won't put a ban on romance, but no touchy touchy. This is an exploration and action based rp. In fact there are two characters whom are actually gender-less so deal with it.
Plz keep coarse language to a minimum.

Magic may be accepted as truth but is not common. It might be harnessed only by specific beings. Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones.

Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
