Hello everyone.

Just found this site. I used to do a lot of RP about 8 years ago. Kind of been wanting to get back to it. I really enjoy freeform, though that's pretty much the only RP that I've ever done. I love doing a lot of sci-fi and fantasy stories especially with a dark twist. That being said, I also do just about any kind of RP if I can find the right inspiration for a character.

I really enjoy the process of creating a character, as such if sometimes feels like no matter what my characters are never finished because I always end up finding a new aspect to explore.

As I said I love doing pretty dark stories and I'm currently working on an idea set in a very distopian sci-fi setting with a survival horror feel. Here's a hint, it takes place 40,000 years in the future. Feel free to ask about it.

While I find there definitely seems to be a heavy bias to fantasy and slice-of-life, there are a bunch of dedicated scifi folk about, and even a 40k rp or two. Good luck!

I just posted a kind of very rough idea on the forums. I decided to put it in the adult only forums since I expect that as the idea starts to coalesce the more the themes will probably get a bit dark. Trying to see if I can tailor it to a more general audience but figured I'd play it safe.
