Now there's a His Dark Material-themed set of clues if I ever saw them!

'Swooping in aid of the new Eve' - probably referring to something saving Lyra at some point. Something to do with the witches, perhaps, or maybe the events of 'Lyra and the Birds'?

Been awhile since I read that.. Anyhow, I looked it up, and one of the meanings of the bird symbol on the alethiometer is “the soul/daemon.”

The other clues lead me to think of a couple of characters, in particular - Balthamos the angel is most likely, or possibly the harpy Gracious Wings.

Unless we're to take this even further - or, perhaps, backwards is more accurate - and think of the Belle Sauvage. But I can't immediately think of any characters with wings or feathers that might've aided tiny Lyra during that book.

I don’t know if this was super obvious or not, as I’ve only read the first book, but this could be the ‘eve-swooping’ spoken about earlier.

I think I'm a little surprised that mascot was used as one of our guardians instead of getting incorporated at a plot appearance.

I was on the right track with the witches! Kaisa is the daemon of Serafina Pekkala, a witch-queen of the clan that first heard the prophecy about Lyra.

The guardian golem has been plot-relevant in an earlier Epic Week! Uh ... unfortunately, I can't remember which one. But I drew it for the 2016 jumble, so maybe 2017?
