My favorite book with romance is A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J Maas.
Favorite book with romance...I would have to say the black house, a cowritten book by Stephen King and Peter Straub
My favourite book is Dear Evan Hansen, love it so much. Beautiful story from musical to book. Writers are Justin Paul, Benji Pasek, and Steven Levenson.
Tink

My favorite book with romance is 5 Feet Apart by Rachael Lippincott.

The Antichrist. It's not mostly romance, but there's an adorable romance between two characters in the series that are amazing thether.
I dunno if this really counts, but I've always adored the progression of the romance between Inuyasha and Kagome in the manga.
LakotaSiouxWarrior

Gone with the wind by Margaret Mitchell.
My favorite book that includes romance is "After" by Anna Todd which very recently got turned into a movie as well ^w^
I really like As You Like It by our boi Willy Shakes. XD
I think Orlando's such a sap it makes me laugh.

I don't really read romance novels, though. I did also enjoy the Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, but only the subplot that appears towards the middle to end with Bailey. Main plot romance? Eh.
Favorite book with romance? Whitney, My Love by Judith McNaught. Typical bodice ripper, but it's so good.
My favorite book? Thats a tricky one.

I always love to reread the Harry Potter series. Its one of my absolute favorites. And has a bit of (badly written) romance.

Then again. I really like Origins of a D-list supervillain.

That series is amazing. The romance aspect is amazing.

I'm a big fan of the Divergent series. There are three in the series, Divergent, Insurgent, and Allegiant, along with another sort of prequel (it's a prequel written in the perspective of one of the main characters, going more into his background, but also seeing events of the story through his eyes.)
Divergent (the first of the series) is my favorite though!
MasterWinter

Moonlight and Diamonds and the Vampire's Fall by Michele Hauf. It's part of the Nocturne series.
Imthenaysayer

I’m still working on my own romance novel https://my.w.tt/YYwyJH9AjW
The Black Arrow: A tale of 2 roses by Robert Louis Stevenson

Did you know that on April 23rd people exchange The book and the red Rose as a regional event in Spain/France?

This is a very old tradition whereby...

Boyfriends and husbands buy their girlfriends or wives a single red rose as a symbol of beauty
Girlfriends and wives buy their boyfriends or husbands a book as a symbol of wisdom

Many take the opportunity to ask each other out or start dating.

Furthermore in Catalonia and Valencia (Spain) and Tolouse (France) literary competitions are held across the entire region where authors write poems based on 3 key topics

Faith (belief and morals) ---> The overall winner is given purple pansy or lilly flower

Love (feelings, courtesy and honour) --> The overall winner is given the red rose

Motherland (history, traditions, culture) --> The overall winner is given a yellow eglantine flower

Whoever manages to win all 3 flowers is given the unique title of Mestre en Gai Saber

Though this festivity dates back to the Roman times, called Floralia or Ludi Floreales which took place at the end of April, beginning of May too

It's nice to see other traditions share coincidence of dates/events
Most recently, my favorite is Kushiel's Dart. Love it for the romance, complex story and world/lore building.
Hades_

I don't have one specific book. instead its a saucy romance series.

They're called The Lords of the Underworld series by Gena Showalter. The favourites I have in that series are The Darkest Night, The Darkest Whisper, and The Darkest Surrender.

I had no idea, but I love it! <3
Inspiration just comes to me, and these traditions carry lots of power still!
Just joining the convo not really interested in the prizes since I don't know what they do lol. Love me some Scarlet Pimpernel but there are parts that are reminiscent of reading Lovecraft. The overall story will be great, but there are some messed up racist tidbits that spoil it... One of the few romantic stories I've read though lol
