Lukan Maros had lived a happy life with his parents. His father was a carpenter, and his mother was a seamstress. The couple only wanted their son to be happy, and would often argue about what they thought was best for Lukan. His father wanted him to follow his profession, his mother wanted Lukan to follow hers.
But Lukan had other dreams.
Lukan had always loved listening to the street performers. He admired their music and always had wished to be one himself. His mother and father had given him a Lyre for his 15th birthday. After that, Lukan grew tired of his parents trying to lay out his life for him. He rebelled and apprenticed under a traveling street performer a while.
Lukan and his parents argued, and a lot at that. Sometimes they grew so loud, their voices would carry.
It was during this time Lukans parents were killed. In the night, bandits had come down from the mountains and broke into Lukans house. Lukan was 16-18 at the time. He was hidden in a wardrobe by his parents and told not to come out.
But eventually, when the sounds of a struggle and crashing, and destruction died out, Lukan left. The sun was rising, and as he wandered the home, he found his parents dead. A million thoughts raced through Lukans mind.
He fled the scene and fled town, scared of being the bandits next victim. In hindsight, it wasn't the best idea. The guards issued a warrant for Lukans arrest soon after for murder.
What will your character do? Are they a traveler who decides Lukan needs to be protected and takes them under their wing? Are they a bounty hunter seeking to turn Lukan in? Or maybe they change their mind.

Prompt 2: What comes around, goes around

At first, things seemed impossible. (Y/C) was outnumbered, five against one. From the way things were going, (Y/C) was on the losing end. However, (Y/C) had far too much to lose. (He/She/They) were an important political figure for crying out loud! Failure was not an option.
At the time, Yuan was merely passing through. He did not plan for much excitement today. However, when he stumbled upon the fight, his plans were discarded immediately, and he jumped in to try and help (Y/C).
Yuan and (Y/C) managed to come out on top. (Y/C) turned to Yuan and spoke, exhausted, “Sir, thank you for saving me. You must come with me. Your bravery deserves to be rewarded!”
“I’m sorry, but I can’t,” Yuan responded, already backing away from (Y/C). Before (Y/C) could get another word in, Yuan turned and ran, fleeing the scene and leaving (Y/C) to stare in confusion.
(Y/C) was determined, however, to find Yuan and reward him. Furthermore, (he/she/they) wanted to know what caused him to flee so suddenly.
Nightmares plagued him. Pain, pain, fear, terror. It was all he could feel. Lux was afraid to sleep. Every time he closed his eyes, he saw them. Those people. Those horrible people. The members of the mafia who spent day after day tormenting and torturing him. Every time he closed his eyes, he saw her injecting him with a drug. Him throwing Lux into the barren dirty cell. The busty women threatening him with knives and harassing him in a way he never wanted...
He had been the only one Lux trusted. Though he was one of them, he was only treated better by a small margin. For all extents and purposes, they were both prisoners. He helped Lux escape that day. He helped him to never be found. But even so Lux feared the worst. He feared he was going to be recaptured...Lux saw him...in his nightmares a lot. He watches him die. Lux knew he'd never see his savior again. The dead cannot be brought back. But a part of him is happy to see him in those nightmares.
Lux isn't stupid. He knows he needs help. He can't function like this...but is he willing to seek it out? Or will someone have to come to help him instead?
The two holy kings of the planet, Amerath ruled their land with compassion and peace, love and understanding. Everyone was happy. Then one day an illness struck one of the kings <my character>. Though they tried, no medic could save the king’s life and he passed away a few years later.
The planet of Amerath mourned the loss of their king, but none grieved more than his husband, who doted on his love more than any other. One day, a seer appeared before the grief-stricken king and tells him,” In one thousand years, the soul of your love will be brought back to life, then you must find him!”
The seer then pointed at the king and he screamed in pain. A symbol was burned onto his forearm. The seer revealed herself to be a goddess and she says,” find the one who bears the mark. Find the one who shares it, and you will find your lost love.”
A thousand years passed, and the king and his crew, which was hand-picked, goes on a quest to search for his love in a spaceship. Eventually reaching earth…
My character, whomever I use, would be the reincarnated soulmate.

(For this plot, I'll be using my character, Hex.)
For as long as Hex could remember, he'd been alone. Of course, there were some people in his childhood he'd seen, such as a few servants to care for him, and his tutor, but Hex never felt particularly close to them. Rather, he was of the opinion they didnt much like him. He'd heard them talking about him a lot. Things about him being a spoiled brat, because he got all of these toys and didnt show any gratitude to his parents for them. But they didnt understand. Toys were a sorry replacement for a parents love.
Hex didn't like the servants caring for him, because they never tried to understand, and they always put on an act when he was around.
"Oh Hex, what can I do for you?" they'd say with false smiles,"are you hungry? Do you need anything?"
They didnt care, they just wanted his parent's money anyway. Hex was a kid, but that didnt mean he was an idiot. Hex often wondered why adults always did things like this to him. As for his tutor, he was no better. Hex always had a ton of work to do and he felt stressed by it. Especially when his tutor yelled at him when he didnt finish his work on time.
He did, however, like the family dog. She was an old girl named Layla. Hex preferred to spend time with her. It was a sad day when she passed away. As the years went past, Hex adapted to this sort of life. Working hard on his studies no matter what, and pretending to fall for the servant's false kindness.
He sent them away when he inherited his parent's fortune. He decided to get new servants. He chose to only get three the first time. A maid, cook, and bodyguard. Hex didn't really care about the yard.
Being young, the servants thought they could take advantage of Hex. Hex fired them soon after. He tried again, and again, and again, and again, until he couldn't take it. Eventually, he decided he was better off alone. Better to be alone, then to be drugged, to be manipulated, to be robbed, neglected...
He threw himself into his work to forget the pain, he didn't know how to relax. He no longer liked to eat, and felt a little sick whenever he looked at food. So he just worked with marketing, both clean work and darknet work.
Eventually, one of Hex's friends on the darknet issued out a job for someone. To care for Hex and ensure his safety, even from himself. To help Hex's mental health, and ensure he ate, slept and relaxed properly. Given that this was no small case, there was a long list of qualifications and the candidate, (Your character.) was selected with the greatest care and given a small fortune for their services.
Hex is warned by this darknet friend that they are coming, and he isn't pleased. Soon, they show up on his doorstep with a key to his home due to his friend on the darknet, whom is a very close friend indeed.
Can they help Hex? Or will they give up and leave him to his self-destructive behavior?
Plot 6: The strange genius girl
Genres: Romance, Action, Adventure
Lena Bryson became a permanent resident at MSA. She worked for them reluctantly while trying to build a way to escape, working herself to the bone. Then, one day, an attack on MSA happened. Y/C was involved in the attack somehow. Lena took the chaos as an opportunity to attempt to escape, and enact her plan.
Delete the server data and destroy both MSA's and her own research, which was stolen from her.
However....your character found her before she could do what she had in mind.
What will happen now?
(I’d be Character A.)
Character A is an introvert that enjoys books and cats more than people and parties, however, their call to adventure comes in the form of being magically sucked into one of their many romance novels.
Character B is the main love interest for that novel. (A knight in shining armor, a bad boy, a vampire, an international spy, an archaeologist, the big bad wolf, etc…)
The only problem is, Character A has no idea how to be romanced, wants to go home, and kicks up a fuss at even the slightest hint of being flirted with. So Character B has to figure out how to drag Character A through the story while being plagued by the feeling that their so-called ‘damsel in distress’ isn’t acting how they should be.
