I am Krispy. This is my first ever LFRP article so here is hoping this all makes sense in the end. Thank you for taking the time out of your morning/day/evening to look over this article. I am hoping to get some more stories going in the Harry Potter verse. I have a few wonderful stories going on currently but would like some more. As such I will lay out my ideas and my expectations for everyone. Most of the ideas will be a little generic or vague to allow us to work together to build something each of us can enjoy.
Ideas do not need to be limited to what I have posted. I am open to different ideas and storylines.
Age of writers: 18+ preferred but I can accept those under 18
Age of characters: 11+ (dependent on story)
RP response time: I am working on getting better at replying at a quicker rate. It tends to vary some but I am a very patient person when it comes to getting replies from the people I write with. I hope the same for myself. We can establish what works best for the both of us before actually starting. Do not expect more than one a reply a day, since that more than likely will never happen for me. I can try for once a day but I may not always get there. More realistically you can expect a reply within a week. If it takes longer than a week you may need to poke and prod me to remind me to work on replies.
RP preference: I prefer private messages but I am willing to try a forum based RP if that makes you more comfortable. I also prefer that you DM if you are interested in the RP ideas.
I don’t mind 1x1 RPs or group RPs. Both are appealing and can be a lot of fun with the right people.
I don’t care if you have a character already done up or want to create a new one for this RP. I do not require that anyone use a character slot for this character if you do not choose to. If you choose not to use a character slot please at least send me some information about the character that I will be interacting with beforehand.

Ideas
Fantastic Beasts: The setting for any Fantastic Beasts RPs will be set in America during the 1920s. It will cover the rise of Grindelwald and the fallout of what happens. Our characters could have gone to Ilvermorny together or one or both find themselves in America during Grindelwald’s rise.
Protecting the Innocent: Your travels or work have brought you to America during a dark time. The details can be figured out beforehand. They could be an auror working for MACUSA or maybe studying in America. They could just be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Either way, Grindelwald has escaped from the clutches of MACUSA. He is threatening to expose the entire Wizarding Community. It is up to our characters to discover a way to stop him and protect the people around you.
Tempting Fate: One of our characters in drawn towards helping Grindelwald for one reason or another. The other character could be a close friend, coworker, family member, or companion who is worried about them. They follow the other one through the flames and need to make sure to prove to be loyal to Grindelwald. Secretly they could be looking for a way to bring him down or share in some of his ideals. All they really want is to look after their friend/companion/coworker. It is struggle to try and get the other to see reason or relent on this pathway.
Lofty Ideals: Both of our characters are drawn to serving Grindelwald in his endeavors. They want to see the world and his ambition realized for whatever reason. Maybe they believe in blood purity or that wizards are superior to muggles/No-Majs. They could just want wizards to claim their rightful place in the world without having to hide in it.
Marauder’s: Both our characters are attending Hogwarts during the time the Marauder’s attended. They meet the other Marauders and settle into life at Hogwarts until something strange begins to happen around the school.
Mysterious Encounter: A mystery begins to spread around the school about something or someone lurking in parts of the castle. The accounts vary from person to person. Some believe that Severus Snape is a vampire and is lurking around feeding on the student body. Others believe that Remus Lupin is behind the happenings. They have taken notice that he disappears from time to time with no warning. No one can seem to agree on the details. One or both of our characters find the tale interesting enough to try to figure out the truth of the matter. More details can be discussed before hand.
Harry Potter: Both of our characters are attending Hogwarts at the same time as Harry Potter and his friends. RPs set in this time period will cover the events that transpired in the book. They can either follow along with the events or take part in them. The start of the RP will be set around the time of the Goblet of Fire and afterwards.
Making a Choice Harry Potter and the others have journey around to destroy the Horcruxs that Voldemort placed throughout the world. Perhaps one or both of our characters joined them while they traveled around. Or they remained at the school to continue their education. Perhaps, some of your family are death eaters and forced you joined Lord Voldemort. Now, the Battle of Hogwarts has begun and it is time to make a choice. Do you fight for the school or choose to side with the forces of darkness?
After Battle of Hogwarts: This setting takes place after the Battle of Hogwarts has concluded. One or both of our characters could be there to help rebuild the school. Or perhaps their parents were around during the Battle of Hogwarts and are now sending their kids to the school. The timeline is open to include anytime after the Battle of Hogwarts is over. A new mystery begins to surface in the school in the aftermath of the battle. What will be uncovered or be revealed while Hogwarts is rebuilt?
