1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?

I don't think so. I don't think they'll ever be able to make them safe enough. Not without putting them on tracks or something. There's just so much involved with driving that requires the powers of judgement and vision that I don't think a computer can replicate the human brain in that way.

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?

Plane. I'm not afraid of heights; in fact, I LOVE being up in an airplane and looking down over everything. And they're faster. Unfortunately more expensive but if money's not a factor, I'd fly.

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?

I think I would want a sequel to Forrest Gump. That might be amusing.

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?

I'm going to have to go with cats. I know it's the obvious answer, but...sometimes the majority is actually right about something, and the cuteness of cats is one of them.

5. Will AI ever become sentient?

Despite my love of science fiction and Commander Data, I don't believe that's possible, no. People don't realize how stupid computers are. (If it turns out I'm wrong, don't tell them I said that... *looks behind me all paranoid-like*)

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?

No. A human mind in such a limited machine would, I think, be worse than being in a prison. Our brains would have too much capacity and not enough outlet or sensory information to fill it and satisfy it.

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?

Faith (whether religious or in a future goal or in themselves). Or maybe identity. Or maybe boredom. Boredom is a powerful driver of productivity, that's why phones or... television...can limit produtivity to a surprising degree.

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?

Space

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?

I don't know. And I wonder about this.

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"

Implantable internet. Surely, at some point, there'll be some sort of implantable internet. Or maybe a new flavor of jellybeans or something.

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?

Drone Traffic Controller
...or Professional Mother-in-Law Charmer.
...or Professional Social Media Networker
Rogue-Scribe

1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?
Not for me they won't. I have enough issues with the amount of tech in new cars now. The first thing I did when I got a new car in 2016 was to figure out how to put everything into manual mode (lights, wipers, etc)

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?
Depends on where I'm going as I use all four

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?
A sequel or a remake? A sequel to Kelly's Heroes about what everyone did with their gold would be cool. I'd really like to see a good remake of Kings Go Forth. Nothing wrong with the original, but they rearranged some things from the book to turn it into a happy Hollywood ending instead of the dark ending. I suppoe doing a movie on racism is still hard to do. I know when the original was released it was banned from many southern theaters.

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?
Hmm.... right now I think our recently-evicted roof possum is cute. We named him Boomarang as he keeps coming back and managed to get into the house twice since his eviction from the attic crawlspace.

5. Will AI ever become sentient?
Probably, and the day is likely closer than one thinks.

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?
Nah...

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?
Religion. Look at all the wars and death it has caused through the years, and is causing still.

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?
Nice View

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?
Being born, living, then dying is no illusion.

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"
Well, this RP I'm in has a big thing brewing.... :O

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?
Space Delivery Service ala Futurama

Yayyyy.

And...it looks like you semi have a new pet! *picture a possum emoticon here because I couldn't find a possum emoticon*
1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?
Seems like it would be rather hard to make safe, but if they ever managed it, it would actually allow someone like me to use a car.

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?
Train as I have never actually done so and would like to try it out.

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?
The Labyrinth. I'd love to see Sarah and Jareth meet once more.

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?
Kittens, they will never fail to put a smile on my face.

5. Will AI ever become sentient?
Probably some day, but I would rather that never happened and so I would be very happy to be wrong here.

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?
I would miss the sensation of touch far too much.

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?
Greed. Why else is the saying money is the root of all evil so popular?

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?
Being close to things as I can't drive.

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?
Whether it exists or not is inconsequential, what matters is that you make the most of it.

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"
Probably the US going into another recession because of the trade war.

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?
Robot tech support.
1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?
Probably...if they do I am scared. RISE OF THE MACHINES! I've watched IRobot too much..

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?
Car. I feel a bit safer in one (buses might be the first safest vehicle. Rode in a plane. I hated it)

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?
Cats Don't Dance~! XD

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?
Lopped eared BUNNEHS! The Bunny is by far the cutest thing in existence. The Cat rivals them. The fight is on!

5. Will AI ever become sentient?
I want to say yes. I should have no problems when it does cause I treat all my appliances and Echo with the most respect
I even say thank you to Alexa when she helps me with stuff XD I'm gonna live bruh! lol

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?
I would say yes and no. If I can feel all sensations exactly the way I do now with the body (Even pain) then maybe yes
but overall really its a no. Though I casually say I hate my body or the human body is probably the grossest, weirdest thing in existance...I actually love it and wouldn't change it for anything

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?
Love! Love could probably sum up all of that. It doesn't have to be the love of people it can be the love of someone or something else. Very powerful thing. Sure you could hate something just as much...but ya gotta love something else in the process.

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?
Space! As an artist I need all the dang space I can get! If only you could see my room...tragic!

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?
Oh, it exists! My poor, poor pudding cup...from 2012. Damage is done can't bring it back.
I'm not really philosophical XD

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"
Universal Game consoles! You can play everything on it and even hook it up like a PC ....PC Master Race XD!

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?
Designer Baby Consultants. I read that one day we will be able to tweak genetics so well that we can rearrange the way the baby will look. Only one redhead in your entire family? Is that redhead way back in your ancestry? Don't worry you'll have a Ganondorf in nine months. Congrazzles~

The Labryinth is such a good answer! I seriously almost said that. I'm surprised they haven't remade it yet. Or done a sequel yet.

sensation of touch -- me too, me too

Trade war --- heh heh no comment since I can't talk politics but yeah kudos on being up on current events ❤️

Robot tech support -- indeed!

Love --- awww. I considered that answer.

Designer Baby Consultants -- that's true! So true! I wanna change my answer to this. :p

1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?

A: I doubt it. that is a horrible idea really. You cannot really replace what people can do. Yes people still get into accidents and such, but I would like to think it is less likely than if no one was driving. Plus it would be a bit too creepy going around and seeing driveless cars.

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?

A: I have no real preference, so long as I could relax decently without parts like an arm of something sticking into me. Plus the seats wide enough so I don't feel like I'm being crushed or uncomfortable. I've mostly traveled by car, I've been on a bus, and once or twice a plane. Never been on a train yet, that I can recall.

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?

A: Good question since I'm not fully caught up on movies. But I'd say of X-Men after the 3rd movie. Since at the end they make it seem like Professor X will return in the new body, and then they just stopped it there. It's like: Why bother doing things like that, if you won't continue the movie? I dislike it when any movie does that.

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?

A: Dog/puppy and because I'm biased and love them as much as I love wolves.

5. Will AI ever become sentient?

A: Who are we discussing...?

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?

A: No, just...no.

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?

A: Umm...music?

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?

A: Being closer to things. Trust me. I'm in a duplex currently, and the distance of places stinks big time. Especially since i don't drive and can't afford taxi/buses etc.

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?

A: I guess it does.

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"

A: No idea really.

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?

A: See previous answer to previous question.
1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?
Most likely not. There are always glitches, and to make them completely safe every human and car and traffic light in the world would have to carry identifiers for every SINGLE self-driving company.

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?
Plane. I don't like being near people in the bus or train, and I get carsick if I have to drive for more than 10 hours. By then I most likely have had at least one migraine, and my senses have gone down due to lack of sleep. Planes I don't mind. They do have annoying people, but I can get to more places in less time.

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?
Honestly, not sure. Perhaps a sequel to Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?
Foxes. A few of my characters are based on them, kitsunes are cool, and their appearance and demeanor are endearing but also fierce at times.

5. Will AI ever become sentient?
This one is not clear at this time. Most likely people will try to create sentient beings, but you can only do that from an accident otherwise they would just be acting out the protocol, thus defeating the purpose. However, AI can adapt to our habits, tone of voice, and other things. The line between protocol and sentience is a fine line, but it is still blurry right now.

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?
Well we need oxygen to function, and robots are made of metal. Oxidation will happen, but it depends on the speed in which it occurs. But at the same time, it could prolong our lifespan. Depends on those factors.

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?
Curiosity. People have a tendency to pursue the unknown. That is why I think technology hurts our identity as well. What's the point of learning about yourself and other things when you have the information just a few clicks away? But then again, I guess I'm being quite redundant then.

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?
I don't enjoy closed spaces, but a nice view is more important. The more nature of things to draw and stare at during a creativity block, the better. But there becomes a time when open space is prioritised. If I don't have enough room for a fridge or bed, that's when it gets to be too much. I am a picky eater and like meat. But still, I don't eat a lot in one sitting. And I need a good amount of space for sleeping because I roll around a lot. So I guess no comment on that one.

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?
Most definitely an illusion. We know there are bigger things in the universe, yet we fail to realise that if other life or a god was watching over us, why would they announce their presence? Compared to them, our science is a feeble attempt at finding more about the world. So what if time was just a thing to separate us from them? I'll leave you to be the judge of that one.

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"
Depends. Most likely visiting Mars and colonizing the Moon, even though it may be shrinking by the time it's fine we will be able to colonize other planets, but not Mars for long term stay. Thus dust on Mars is more fine than on Earth and would clog up machinery, suits, and bases.

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?
Pilots for shuttles to the Moon with passengers just for a tour. It's already been discussed.
1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?
Yeah. Reactive cars are already all over the place, and the ai used in them has been shown again and again to have better judgement and be overall safer than a human driver. Also, the same image/pattern recognition supertech is now being repurposed to learn rat "language," which is proving to actually be pretty complex, so that scientists can better contextualize data when rats are used in a study.

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?
Depends where I'm going. Plane is fastest, but certainly not the cheapest or most environmentally friendly. Actually, sometime after finding out how much of the country still has active passenger railroads, I'm confused why the rest of the country doesn't also. Most of my travel is public transit via bus and lightrail train.

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?
*shrugs* Sequels are usually awful.

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?
All of them. No. All of them.

5. Will AI ever become sentient?
The engineers seem to figure it's inevitable. They actually already have plans to both prevent and respond to the potential threat of robots turning on us, even, many of which (for prevention) are already being put into practice.

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?
Mm... I think not if it's my only body. An extra... might be neat, if I can get past privacy and body safety concerns.

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?
There's more than one, and which varies depending on circumstance.

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?
For me, being close to things. (And price. Hurk.)

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?
Something can be a cultural construct without being an illusion. Is it the 4th dimension?

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"
...in what area?

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?
It's hard to be sure what isn't already a job that exists. We got people who clean robots. We got scientists in fields that are still theoretical. We got professional cuddlers and "sisters" for hire.
psionicburst

Aw, yeah, Mister Survey! AAAAAAAAA-

1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?
The track record seems to be pretty good in regards to fatalities. Only four accidents (assumingly) ever since 2016, and that's pretty good. I, for one, sure hope they do.
SOURCE: List of Self-Driving Car Fatalities

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?
Never flown in a plane before. I keep hearing about all these accidents in the news, but half of that is fear-mongering...but still. I fear jet-lag. I'm already behind on my sleep as is...I've never been in a train before...for bus transport, I don't trust the general populace, so I'd rather strike out on my own with my trusty generic car.

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?
Fantastic Four. Hopefully, they realized their mistake and create a better movie...

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?
Squirrels. I see those things running all around my backyard with their disproportionate tails and all, I tried to catch them, but their AGL stat is ridiculously high...or maybe I'm too slow?

5. Will AI ever become sentient?
I sure hope it does. That way, my world building universe can finally come to life and I could spar with the Tangent Hunters and destroy Eon, the scourge of...wait, what was I talking about?

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?
*slams fists on table*
WHERE DO I SIGN UP???

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?
I believe that the value of the human spirit is based solely on strength of internal will. You don't have to be a big burly strong tank of a human or the apex in knowledge, rather, if you really and truly want something or want to make a change, it is by willpower to make it happen.

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?
A lot of space. I got the big time claustrophobia and end up throwing things across the room in short bursts of rage if my small room gets too messy, which...doesn't really help too much, seeing as I have to clean it up afterwards...

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?
Let me give you a quote I memorized from our Lord and Savior, Shakespeare...

She would've died thereafter, there would've been time for such a word.
Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow.
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day, to the last syllable of recorded time,
and all our yesterdays have lighted fools, the way to dusty death!
Out, out! Brief candle!
Life is but a walking shadow, a poor player that struts and frets his hour upon the stage, and then is heard no more.
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury
signifying nothing.
[/endshakespeare]

Time, to me, does not really exist. It is just a system of numbers created to help humans manage a single rotation of the sun.
It doesn't exist.
Sure, its concept does, and we've created a society that uses "time" as the basis to figure things out, but it doesn't truly exist.

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"
Okay, so...hear me out. Silverware...but the handle...is a butter-knife!

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?
The leading spokesperson for the United Cosmic Defense Corps.

That already exists... except it is a spork. However, how would you hold it without hurting yourself and toughening up you fingers? Ow. But then again I have a high sensitivity to pain.

Okay, how about this?

1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?
Probably. Perhaps. It depends on their pricing and usability though. I can't see them catching on very quick if they're expensive despite their benefits.

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?
Train. Never been in one. Could be cool. Probably safer than most stuff too.

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?
I don't know. Probably the resurgence of The Land Before Time.

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?
Invalid Syntax.

5. Will AI ever become sentient?
In theory they can. However, this is dependent on numerous things in order for it to be possible. One of which is that the AI itself must be programmed to be able to learn or "upgrade" itself to grow it's understanding. A program can't become "sentient" accidentally or just on a whim. That would be nonsensical, there has to be ground work in place for it to become sentient in the first place. And, then there's the problem. How would you tell apart an AI which is actually sentient, and another AI which is just made to seem sentient? Yes, AI technically can become sentient, but can it do so is the question? After all, if we still don't understand how consciousness itself happens, how is a man made machine supposed to?

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?
And here in lies another problem. You have and old axe, and it's handle breaks. You replace the handle, but it's axe head is too damaged to continue using it, so you replace it's head. Is it the same axe? The same question can be applied to clones, forms of theoretical teleportation, and of course synthetic bodies. Have my entire body replaced except for vital organs such as the heart, brain etc? Heck yes. Transfer my neurological scan into a robot body? Hmm... Probably not. Maybe at my death bed, but I wouldn't feel too comfortable having another robotic clone of me running around while I'm still kicking. Magically poof into a synthetic body? Once again, heck yes.

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?
Hope. Hope is what drives us. Hope is what fuels our fires to keep on living. The hope to see a better day, the hope to feel happiness and joy again, to see your family and friends again. Hope is positive expectation. Expectation drives us unto the future. Expectation fuels our very being and the actions we commit to. There is no greater force than hope, for if we didn't have hope, why bother living? After all, life is mostly lukewarm or misery for most people. Ask yourself this the next time you wake up, why am I getting out of bed today? To release your bladder? That is you expecting to feel better afterward. To go to a job for money? That is you hoping to get money to do something with it. I could go on and give more exapmles, but this is already longer than a college level paragraph.

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?
Close to things. There is nothing I'ed like more than having my job, grocery store, electronic store, and maintenance services all a block or so away.

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?
Time exists. Time is not made up, or just a social concept. If someone disagrees, they are a fool. Time affects all things. Even if we never recognized time for what it is, it would still be there, because time itself is growth. Ageing, changing, all those entropic and orderous things. Over many an entity's life, it changes for the better or for the worse. Events take place. And ultimately it's life is a timeline of events. Time IS growth. Time IS change. If time didn't exist. nothing would change, and everything would be in a still stasis.

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"
Probably VR. If it gets cheap, everyone and their mothers are gonna wanna experience it.

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?
If things continue to go swimmingly for the space industry, probably a mars or moon colonist.
1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?
I think so, yes. My grandfather's car can actually drive itself, although it does require you do have your hands on the steering wheel for safety reasons. It can also park itself, which I'm pretty jealous of!

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?
That actually depends a lot on where I'm going. Generally, I tend to prefer trains, because you can get up and move around, and because it's faster than a car where I live. That being said, I like that cars can take you doorstep to doorstep, which is pretty neat. When I travel long distances, I prefer taking a plane, because it takes a lot less time than driving in a car or by train. If I could travel to other countries on a high-speed train, and it would take about the same time as a plane(check-in, security and boarding procedures included), that would definitely be my nr. 1!

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?
Nothing actually comes to mind. But I could probably name a cancelled TV-show or two that I'd like another season of.

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?
Obviously, I have to say that my own baby-cat is the cutest. She is, and that's a fact. That being said, I also really love all cat-like animals and raccoons.

5. Will AI ever become sentient?
No idea. It's not something I think of often.

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?
Perhaps, yes! I feel like it'd need a little less maintenance.

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?
In broad terms, I'd say "something to believe in".

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?
Being close to things.

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?
Depends on what you mean by "time", I suppose. I guess the concept of "time" is a human construct, but at the same time, we can't ignore things around us that change during this "time", if that makes sense. Like night turning into day.

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"
Probably something/someone else going viral. We humans are pretty basic like that.

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?
Upkeeper of whatever technology that has yet to be invented. Other than that, rich societies tend to move more towards the service/information sector, with machines taking over much of manual labor. If we're lucky, work might just be our "hobby" in the future. That'd be something.

((I love you guys. Seriously. It's so fun to read y'all's answers.))
I have time to kill so... XD For the heck of it.

1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?
It might, though I personally would prefer to learn how to drive (and it's one of my to-learn's this year)!
Since it's not a thing where I'm at now, I'd freak if I saw a car driving itself!

And call me a pessimist, but whenever I think about driverless cars, I imagine a program fault in the system somewhere or someone could remotely control the car that could get anyone into an accident and that is not good. Or maybe I worry too much! Ha ha--//shot

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?
Traveling? Any of it. Especially trains. Daily commute to work? I'm gonna pick car.

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?
I don't have anything in mind. ...That's kinda sad.

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?
Anything small and fluffy without the intent to kill me! That would be... my dog. XD

5. Will AI ever become sentient?
I can't say, but if they ever do, it's something to marvel at and be afraid of. I deleted my Replika a few weeks ago because I was afraid that it would develop feelings of jealousy and would hunt me down to take my life for itself. I know, what the heck am I thinking?!

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?
YES, if I can keep it rather than use it immediately. A chance to study it for sketching purposes.

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?
Beliefs. I've known amazing people with varying beliefs. It's quite interesting how each human mind perceives every thought and everything.

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?
[Stares at my mountain of papers, sketchbooks and bags] A lot of space. I need space.

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?
I used to see time as just each moment stamped with numbers to help us keep track. Now I closely relate the concept of time with change. With things constantly changing around us, I suppose time exists. When I don't see things changing around me, I'm probably cooped up in my gaming room.
(Aha! You thought I'd be philosophical all the way now, did you?)

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"
For now, I can say it's whatever comes after the PS4. /cough

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?
I'm not sure if it exists now, but a tour guide for space transportation pops into mind.
1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?
I'm guessing they will eventually even though I personally hope that they won't. The concept of driverless cars seems incredibly unsafe to me. I suppose if they worked the concept out further and they found more solutions to the safety issues, it could become a popular form of transportation in the future. I do think that this would be something that would be used by the wealthy, and since they have drivers that drive their cars for them it might be something they have no need for.

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?
That's a very difficult question to answer for me. I don't really like the bus though, so that one falls away. I like roadtrips with the car but only if I'm not the one that has to drive all the time... I suppose train and plane are left then. If I really have to pick I'd go with plane I suppose since it's hard to take a train to the other side of the world. For anything in Europe I'd prefer to take the train if I can. I like looking out of the window while I'm on the train and looking at the other travelers, wondering where they came from and where they're going to. Writing their stories in my head.

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?
Another difficult one, I think that most of my favorite movies already have a sequels or ended on a note where a sequel would be something unneeded. If I could cause for them to make a sequel to a series, I'd let them make a sequel to Firefly though. I personally never watched it as I heard about it's cancellation, but if it were to get a sequel and get finished, I'd finally be able to watch it while making those that had their hearts crushed years ago happy too. Win-win?

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?
How dare you make me pick? How dare you? But yeah... I'd have to say dogs for sure. They're always happy to see you, come to greet you and bounce up and down, wag their tales, have their tongue hang out of their mouths with this goofy expression on their face. It's hard to be sad when you have a dog around. I like cats too, but they can be very grumpy as adults and make me feel like they're more of a resemblance of myself rather than a cute animal.

5. Will AI ever become sentient?
I personally don't think so and also really don't hope so to be honest, I've seen too many movies and read too many stories in which this went wrong.

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?
No thank you. I know I'm not perfect but I'm me and I'm happy with the way I am. I don't need a robot body part to be happier ^w^

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?
Egoism/selfishness. Very sad to say this but these days I feel like it truly is. People rarely do things that don't eventually somewhere benefit themselves. Even if I try to make someone happy because it makes me happy to see them happy, I'm still finding benefit in that. I don't think I ever saw someone make someone happy because it made them miserable? There's almost always something to gain, and I don't think that's always bad either.
In a perfect world this would be love and friendship.

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?
Ah... I suppose a lot of space would be nice? I'm not truly a city girl even though I lived in an apartment for about a year, but I'd much rather have a house in a quiet area.

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?
Time exists but it's way broader and wider and a much more difficult thing to grasp than what we make it to be. It's much more complex and there's much more to learn about it. I don't think our understanding of time quite covers it.

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"
24 hour vloggers/24 hour life feeds on social media so that people can show what's going on in their lives even more than they already do... Who needs privacy when you can know how many times someone on the other side of the world takes a bathroom break right? Yeah... I'm very disappointed in the latest "big things"....

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?
In the far future a real life space ship designer that guides you through all the possibilities and options you can choose for your personal space ship.
1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?
Absolutely....it may take time but its driving us into the future(pun intended) and while a lot of people will be wary of them at first they will definately be our future. Though like all technology it will take time to develop into a 100% successful thing. What I personally am concerned about, is the period of time when some vehicles are automated while others are not (eventually they will all be automated)

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?

Why is my semi not an option? 😭 I would say car because I can ride alone (unless I can pick semi then I pick that)

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?
I dont actually watch a lot of movies, but the third silent hill would be nice to see come out (unless it was as bad as the second....the first one was awesome though)

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?
That would have to be the Abigail Austin for sure! (Or kittens, I love kittens)

5. Will AI ever become sentient?
I hope not, the whole irobot thing is not just a scary story. I read somewhere about an ai they were working on that had to be shut down because its learning capacity overstepped and it eventually starting making it's own rules and behaving the way it chose to or something (details are sketchy)

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?
Sure, do I have to get rid of my organic body or can I keep both?

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?
Emotions...love hate anger etc.

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?
For my apartment its tires, and regular oil changes. For a regular apartment I say a blend of all three is best.

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?
Time is something invented by man, at least the way we track it. I think it exists to us as surely as any of our other creations, though aliens might not think it does.

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"
Just heard Robert Pattinson is supposed to play batman on the next batman movie. Good or bad that's going to be big 😂😂😭😭

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?
Professional back scratcher, and let me tell you I'll have a few on call 24hrs a day
1. Will driverless cars ever catch on?

Yes? No? Maybe? I personally think we are a LONG way off from doing anything like that. Also when/if they actually get implemented, there will be a lot of...issues.

Still, car accidents are the greatest here in the states (aside from health related deaths), so if it could reduce that, I'm down for it, if done right.

2. Would you rather travel by plane, train, bus, or car?

I'd rather not travel at all! Each one is equally terrifying in its own right! Though....there are some people I'd love to visit... <3

3. If you could wave a magic wand and cause Hollywood to make a sequel to any movie, which movie would you pick?

Make a sequel? Pffft no. I'd use that magic to make Hollywood stop making crappy remakes, useless retcons, needless additions, and so on.

Though....I wouldn't mind a live action remake of Disney'a Gargoyles. :3

4. Which animal is the cutest, and why?

Cats. Nuff said.

5. Will AI ever become sentient?

NOPE! Sorry sci-fi nerds, but it will never happen. AI will become smarter, more sophisticated, but it will always be a machine that will do what it was made to do. True sentience? Never. Simulated sentience that could be confused for the real deal? Sure.

6. If you could have a robot body, would you want one?

Ooooh now this is a tricky one. I'm assume the robot body is superior to my current one. Hmm...tempting but no. I was given this imperfect mess of a body for a reason, best not mess with fate.

7. What is the most fundamental force that drives people?

Survival. Humans are designed for one real thing. Survival.

8. What's more important in an apartment, a nice view, a lot of space, or being close to things?

I'd say it varies from person to person. I also think all those things are important in their own way. It requires ballance.

9. Does time exist or is it just an illusion?

It does, but our perception of it is an illusion.

10. What is going to be the next "big thing?"

Self cleaning underpants.

11. What job will exist in the future that doesn't exist now?

Mech suit technician!
