Hey all! The site won't load on my home wifi- only on others' wifi and my LTE mobile data network. I have no idea why it's doing this. I've cleared the cache, reset all devices, used different browsers, and have reset the modem twice now. No luck. Every time I try to load a page on wifi it says ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. I don't want to have to keep visiting the site only on my phone with my mobile network.

Any ideas on how to fix it? I'm not tech savvy.

Hey noodle! I'm really sorry this is happening, I know how frustrating it can be to deal with connection issues to sites. :(

This likely has nothing to do with RPR's end of things. If this is only happening on your home Wifi, then there is a setting in your router or network setup that is disallowing you access to the site. There's a page that explains what happens and what you can try to fix it here. Since this is dependent on your setup, there's not a whole lot we can do for you with this. :/ If the issue persists after trying some recommended fixes you're comfortable doing, calling your ISP would be your next step.

Thank you so much for the help! Hopefully this fixes it for good if it happens again- the site reconnected this morning to my wifi and hasn't had problems since so here's hoping it was a one-off problem!

That's a relief!! Sometimes it happens, if it happens again try resetting the router or modem (just unplug it, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in, and give it a few minutes to boot all the way up). It's usually a good first step for fixing common connection issues. :)
