So, this game is relatively simple and it spawns from the fact that I'm a hopeless romantic for my characters. What you'll do is take the character (or person) above you and pretend you were going on a date with them. Look over their profile and try to decide on what the perfect date would be for them. Say, the character above you loves video games and pizza, so for that perfect date, you take them to Chuck E' Cheese or Power Play; perhaps the character above you enjoys beer and steak, so you take them to a nice steakhouse, or perhaps it's something else. Since there's no one above me, I can't decide on a perfect date, so that'll be up to you to decide. What kind of date would you take Ja'vassa on?
Elusian would take advantage of the fact that Ja'vassa likes books and invite him on a reading day in the gardens of her home, surrounded by a small but not so humble picnic spread. There's a very high chance that her parents set this up as social practice, and Elusian wouldn't see it as a date. At best, she'd see it as getting to know the Dragonborn while gauging how much magical knowledge he has to offer her.
But if she had her own freedom outside the castle and away from her folks, Elusian would regale him with an evening of reading books aside a campfire after a full day of hiking and exploring. A dinner of cheese, wine, and sweets would be had as they read and talk peacefully under the moonlight together, the flames crackling in the background. Again, she would see this as getting to know him as a kindred spirit and not a date, but the sentiment is there whether she knows it or not.

Aye we would be at the beach on a date before I sailed away, I would have to see you one last time before time to sail. As the waves came in towards us we be sitting by a fire eating some fish that aye of caught meself and some nice rum to wash it down. I look into thy eyes and after our feast I'd take note of your face to forever remember as I then place my lips upon yours. I'd leave ye something to remember me bye until my next visit.
