I'm not technically new to this site. I made an account years ago, but just never became active. I recently left a different site that I had been part of for nearly a decade (long story) and am trying to get back into the swing of things. Maybe this will be a new place to set down roots. Don't know yet.

I'm very used to continuation as opposed to random one scene encounters, and storytelling style play. My main character has several years of development and personal world building so using her with new people might be difficult, though I can try.

So yeah, just going to look around, archive a character or two. See if I am eager to be an active member or not.

Hullo there and let me be one of those to say it’s good to have a veteran RPer joined the ranks.

I know what you mean, I’ve begun RPing some years back but didn’t do it continuously. I RPed at a different place as well, then I had to stop writing. It was really difficult to go back there so I went around and found this place. Let me say that RPR is just so amazing. This place is an amazing place to call your new home, I assure you.

So many other veteran RPers and artists have made RPR their “deeply rooted” home, as you put it. I hope you can feel cozy and comfortable here too and soon. Because I just know you’d love it here.

Trust me, this is not my first character. I have plenty of my own cringe inducing teen creations that have been thrown into the void to hopefully never be known of again. This one (Magicia) started as cringy but I worked on improving her over time.

Thank you to everyone for the warm welcome. I'll be searching around to see what kind of roleplays are currently going on.
