Lethia Lisha Lorelei (played anonymously)

The early fall breeze is cool and soothing as you sit on the stone steps of the library, leaves blowing on the gentle wind, swirling on the cobblestones of the road.

The birds are chirping, so you hardly notice when a small slip of parchment is dropped into your lap by a sparrow that had flown by only a few seconds ago. You look down at the small piece of paper.

You pick up the note carefully, delicately, as it is old and seems almost fragile. The words inscribed onto the parchment in bold black ink read as follows:

"Dear recipient,
My name is Lethia Lisha Lorelei. I am not human, although my species is unknown. I am looking for a human with whom to converse via letters, perhaps once a day, perhaps a little more, perhaps a little less. Should you keep this letter and reply or should you toss it on the ground and let the wind and fate take it, I thank you for your attention. Stay sharp, and the stolv won't eat you.
-Lethia Lisha Lorelei"

At the bottom of the page is a phrase to call her carrier bird, "Darkness calls you, wings of ink, carry the truth, outrun the lies."

Will you choose to reply to the letter? Or will you toss the paper to the wind and let fate carry it wherever it sees fit?

The choice is yours.
