- Roll a d100 - if the result is 100, you get a fancy Blue Party Hat
- You may roll both on your turn!
- May roll every 2 hours!
- I collected a bunch of these, so we can keep going until I'm out of hats! (Well, I'm gonna keep one of each for myself!) I'll announce it when I'm out of hats to give away.
- Bonus rule: If you roll a 1, man that sucks... BUT go ahead and just roll again! No need to wait 2 hours and my goal is to give away a bunch of party hats ASAP!
