Hello everyone!
We're looking for one more person for the Bloodied Shards RP, a game featuring blood-magic artifacts, a fantasy setting, and a magically dangerous sci-fi antagonist who wants to collect the artifacts for nefarious purposes, or so the magistrate of the same alien species said to you with that holo-disk. The game has been well underway for a while now, and we need one more person player to fill in the roster and pick up the last open shard. We'd like them all to be in play, so having them all good to go is good!
There's more detailed rules in the OOC thread, and more premise information at the start of the IC thread (linked at the end of this post), but I'll give a quick rundown of basic expectations here:
-Writing: the game is in a semi-lit style. Full paragraphs, respectable grammar and sentence structure, and proper punctuation usage are appreciated. We like 2-3 paragraph replies, but also understand that sometimes with dialogue, certain aspects of combat, or other specific cases shorter responses are all that works.
-Character types: You don't need to be a hero to be a protagonist, but we aren't going to appreciate people going out of their way to be terrible. It's a fantasy setting, something like early renaissance with more magic. No modern-like tech, and any firearms are primitive, but ships travel much more quickly than mere sailing vessels, most places have some form of running water, at least in public pumps, and so on. Lastly, be reasonable with power level. Please?
-Behavior: Pretty simple: IC, OOC, and in the Greenroom (We made a meta-IC chat for characters to discuss the game in, it's fun), be nice.
-Character Death: Is possible, but won't happen unless you either do a badass heroic sacrifice (and hopefully even then your allies would try and yoink you out before the end), do something really dumb, or break rules to the point that we're booting you from the game.
-Getting started: We'll help you with that! ^v^ My co-gm and I will set up a DM with you to review your character, answer questions, discuss your start, address concerns, and get you caught up on everything. We love our players!

Hi! I'm REALLY Interested for this one, and if the slot is still open, I'd like to offer up one of my Elve's, Mickey in specific for the open slot if that'd be ok! I understand (From my own judging) that he might be a little Op, but I'm trying for him not to be, a hope he's not though.
