Available Staff Positions
Co-Admins (1–2 spots)
• Help make big decisions (major plot events, rule changes, character approvals for high-rank or special characters)
• Approve or deny character sheets and clan creation requests
• Work with me on story arcs, school events, and balancing the group
• Handle OOC drama or disputes when needed
• Post updates, banners, or event threads
• Must be very active (4+ posts per week in the group + OOC chat)
Moderators (3–5 spots)
• Approve basic character sheets and simple clan requests
• Enforce the group rules daily (watch for god-modding, inactivity, etc.)
• Welcome new members and answer questions
• Help run small events or club threads
• Monitor the OOC chat and report any issues
• Great first step if you want to grow into a Co-Admin later
Requirements for ALL staff positions:
• 18+ years old
• Active in the group (at least 3–4 posts per week)
• Good knowledge of Naruto lore and the high-school AU setting
• Friendly, fair, and drama-free
• Able to use the group’s character sheet and rules
• Previous RP or mod experience is a plus but not required
