Powers are a gift granted by the gods of Soule. But are only obtainable when visiting the Whispering Caverns deep in the side of the Orcal Mountian, where you are to speak with the twin gods.
Each power has 3 levels, you'll be gifted one power by the gods(starting at lvl 1). It will be up to you to advance the given powers level. You are allowed a total of 2 powers from any of the 5 elements.
