Yes they do, and not particularly. Healing can be affected by medical or magical treatment. A Corvidae can go to a magical healer, or use an enchanted item that will perform healing spells, but they can never cast any magic themselves. Even enchanted healing items must be prepped for use.
It's like a rogue that has 'Use Magic Device', but otherwise no magical abilities.
