Rules

  • The following are active pack rules.
Failure to follow said rules can result in banishment from the pack.

    IC General Rules
1.) Respect those of higher authority.
Have, and show, respect for those ranked higher than you in than pack. If you fail to do so, do not complain if they see fit to put you in your place.

2.) Any communication with enemy packs/wolves is STRICTLY forbidden.
There is a reason, or two, why said packs/wolves are enemies. Also, this helps keep down unwanted drama in the pack's storyline.

3.) All pack members are expected to pull their own weight.
The pack is a family, and as everyone knows, families are like businesses. The pack has leaders (aka, the "bosses"), and so on and so forth down the line to the lowest member of the group. But each member provides and serves some purpose to the pack, and it cannot function if it's members do not do their duties. Whatever task you have in the pack, whether it be hunting or simply to carry on the gene pool, do it and do it with pride. Remember: each and every pack member is a representative of the family group as a whole.

    IC Paring Rules
1.) The pairing must be approved!
If you wish to take on a mate, you must first ask permission from the Alpha's. If they accept your request, you may then embark on a journey to find your match, if you haven't already.

2.) There is a minimum of a two week courting period.
There are not restrictions on the relationship only being IC, but it is invalid for the pack if it's only OOC. The two wolves in question must have met, and must have taken a fancy to one another.

3.) Your mate must be accepted into the pack!
After this two week courting period, your future mate must fill-out a pack membership application here on the boards. If they fail to do so, your courtship will not be recognized by the pack, and any offspring you choose to have with them will also not be acknowledged by the pack.

    IC Breeding Rules
1.) The breeding must be approved!
In order to even breed, you must first ask the permission of the Alpha's. If permission is denied, and you breed anyway, there will be consequences.

    2.) The hanky panky roleplay.
Any, and all, breeding roleplay must take place within a den. This is just to maintain a level of proper decency throughout the rest of the dream.

    3.) The gestation period.
The pregnancy must be carried for 4 weeks OOC before the female may give birth. Any whelping that takes place before the 4 week time frame will be considered a miscarriage, and no surviving pups will be allowed.

4.) Females may only go into heat 1 time per season.
And this is the only time they may attempt to conceive. There are four seasons are Spring Season March - May, Summer Season June - August, Autumn Season September - November, & Winter Season December - Febuary. ROLL DICE ONCE TO DETERMINE WHAT MOUTH AND DAY YOU GO INTO HEAT. ALL DICE ROLL MOST BE WITH ECHO KURO PRESENT AND DONE AS A EMIT.
a.) Roll the dice 1-3 (roll 1d3). Each Season has 3 mouths in it the number you roll with be the mouth each season you hit heat. IE if you roll a 3 you will go in heat May, August, November, and Febuary.

5.) Females in estrus are subjected to bullying by the Alpha Female.
This is because the Alpha Female is trying to make the other female lose her breeding cycle. As everyone knows, the Alpha Female is Queen Bee, and she doesn't like it when there's the possibility of another female producing pups that could possibly outrank her own in the future.

6.) Pups are determined by the Dice System.
YOU MAY ONLY ROLL THE DICE ONCE TO DETERMINE A PREGNANCY.
How it works: ALL DICE ROLL MOST BE WITH ECHO KURO PRESENT AND DONE AS A EMIT.
a.) Roll the dice 1-10 (roll 1d10). If the dice lands on an even number, the mating was not successful. If the dice lands on an odd number, congrats- your eggo's are preggo!
b.) If the breeding was successful, roll the dice 1-6 (roll 1d6). This will determine the number of pups you have conceived.
c.) Once you have the number, it's time to determine the gender of each pup! Roll the dice 1-6 (roll 1d6) for each pup; if the number is between 1-3, that pup's gender is female; if the number is between 4-6, that pup's gender is male.

    7.) Players for the puppies.
If you cannot find enough players for the puppies by the due date, any puppy that is without a player will be considered "stillborn" at birth to provide a logical explanation for the loss.

PUPS MOST BE ONLINE AND RPED REGULARLY WITH THE PACK TO BE ALIVE. THE ONLY WAY TO GET AROUND THIS IS IF YOU HAVE ITL PROBS THAT KEEP YOU FROM GETING ON. IF YOU DO NOT RP THE PUP AT LEAST 3 TIME A WEEK TO BUILD A STORY FOR IT IT WILL BE CALLED DEAD!!!

If the challenge is not accepted, it is considered an automatic win to the challenger, and loss for the challenged. Only the Alpha's hold the right to decline a challenge without any consequences. The victor takes not only the spoils of the battle, but also decides upon the fate of the loser; however, the fate of the loser, decided by the victor, has to be approved by the Alpha's first.

    3.) No twinking!
Aka, running from a fight because you believe you will lose.
AFKing without good reson or loging out is also twinking. And will take your rank & maybe banned you or take your life!

4.) All fights are final for one OOC week.
After that, either party has the right to challenge the other again.
