We are in Gold Coast, Australia, in an oyster bar at a water resort. The outbreak begun by a dingo attacking a tourist, then getting shot by a guide. After the tourist gets his wound treated from the dingo, he goes to the oyster bar, then begins to start acting weird after about an hour there.
