An acronym that, while somewhat forced, does a good job of covering the idea of the ideas to be taught.
Magic, in numerous focuses & forms, Available for even the most passive of Students.
Strict attendance is not an absolute Must. The Teachers share what they know, when the students have chosen to come and Learn.
But of course, only bigger and better things can be taught to those who frequently come to learn.
And, in case a student chooses to perform true Evil with what they learn, The Teachers are prepared to do their best to handle that as well. The definition on true Evil is rather loose though, and mostly applies to magic performed outside of the school grounds. plenty of leeway for accidents & pranks. And, Experimentation! It is always great when new things can be learned in new ways.

The relatively unassuming Tower that makes up the external appearance of the School contains Gateways to Open land with buildings specially designed by each Teacher. The Tower seems to be able to exist in multiple locations at once, the exit gate always leading back to the version of the Tower in the homeland of any who enter. This means that people from many different locations can all meet together to learn if they so wish.
