Nexus Prime is restored husk of the Origin World.
Long ago all of existence was condensed in to one Planet, where the Divine Tree and Divine Dragon Maintained balance. Along side them lived lesser beings that would akin to gods by human standards, one such gods greed and ambition however lead to creation of a parasite with in the divine Tree, witch in turn lead to the eventual creation of the void, and destruction of the Origin World, as the Divine tree was left greatly weakened and its mighty roots that once help the wold together began to die and the world began to break apart being sucked in to the void. all the beings where forced to abandon their world and flee in to the void else face destruction.
