War of the Gods

For a long time the gods of the world of Ascye have been at odds with one another for a multitude of different reasons. They're too soft on their followers or too harsh, too involved or not involved enough, the list goes on but this infighting come from years of peace and no one to take on except from each other. Until now the nations and Gods of Ascye have been at odds with one another like their patron Gods, but a darkness stirs on the horizon. Far older than any God and more powerful than any human army, but the chosen ones of the Gods are not just any human army.

The Gods despite their fighting know they must each send volunteers from their followers to prove themselves worthy to their patrons and battle the evil that threatens human and god alike
