I can tell. But it's bound to happen from time to time. He's a guy. He's going to want to try and prove that he's better because of that fact. That's just how it works. He wants to prove to himself, and us, that he isn't just some weak pushover anymore. That he can fight, and he can WIN.

Think of it as how I train you to learn magic. Without someone to spar with, there is no point. You know how to use it, yes. But not how to adapt to different fighting styles and time your spells effectively.
