Basic Rules.
-no god-powering (one hit kills, killing without consent, unless it is a non-player character)
-you can only rise through the ranks of VIO through conventional means (promotion) no assassinations
-no plotting against me, unless I decide to make an event of this (which, as I'm thinking of it, would be good RP)
-be respectful to fellow members out-of-character
-try to keep all RP PG-13 or lower
-please don't be silly if you're character isn't
Basically, my rules are mostly common sense ones.
Please follow them, so we all can have a good time.
