This roleplay takes place on a university campus. It's a prestigious music college located in LA, and it is loosely based off of real music colleges but is not a real place. Each year, the campus is opened up for bands participating and whoever would like to watch. A few of the dorms are open for the contestants to stay in, but those who want to spectate will have to make their own arrangements. The entire competition takes place over the course of three weeks, with the first week being entirely reserved for the initial auditions. Bands who make it past those participate in a two-week, high stakes competition, which could end up being their ticket to fame, as the prize is getting the chance to be signed to one of the largest record labels in the world (again, not a real label, but loosely based on real ones.) The event is often flooded with journalists trying to get footage and people who are hoping to win. So now the question is... who will be the winner?
