Sons of Kasuria

The Sons of Kasuria is a Furcadia based Vikingr war band. Comprised mostly of Hyoomans, but also accepting of all period based characters.
Our aim is to depict characters that might be found in the Viking period with a personalized Furcadian touch, bring plot and roleplay to dreams all over Furcadia, and above all to enjoy a fun and friendly roleplay and social community.

The Sons standard is a standing wolf with a staff, and it's tongue tied into a knot. The colours are jade and black with silver/white accents. These colours decorate clothing, armour, weapons, jewelry, and other items that might represent the group. These colours and this sigil are used to represent a member of the group, or property.

We are looking for characters to become members of the Sons, and are very welcoming to everyone who has an interest in becoming part of this group. However to ensure that the group remains in fact a Vikingr War band, there are a few requirements we ask your characters to follow.

• While we do not require your character to be from any specific area, or be of any specific nationality or lineage- we ask that your character at least be knowledgeable about the Viking culture and base geography and locations.
• Preferably no magic whatsoever. If your character does have magical abilities, they should be very small and non-significant factors.
• We are looking for characters what will actively participate in Viking. While feral pets and stay at home fancy clad princesses are fun to play, they will not accurately represent the group or it's goals.
• To Vikingr/Viking, is just as much trading, exploring and map making, as it is raiding. Vikings are first and foremost farmers and craftsmen. We are not looking for characters that are nothing but war gods. We like characters with a little more meat to them.
• We like characters that play well with others. Antisocial and hostile characters are not particularly welcome in a social community setting (Icly). If your character does nothing but insult and fight, they will likely be told to leave very quickly.
• Although power struggles are something we love and encourage- we are also looking for characters that are capable of following basic command structure. It help keeps things running smoothly.
• The default rating of this group is m16 and above- we very often play in dreams that have much lower ratings, and you as a player will need to maintain your character to stay within the standard of any area we occupy.
