I figured I would make a quick note on people joining if they so desired.
A character does not explicitly need to be designed for Heliopolis in order to join this group. At first, I will mostly just be automatically accepting people that wish to join. But after that, I will actually be looking over characters, to see if and how they will fit into the underlying plot that will evolve over time. Just know, and understand that if I can not find a way to fit in your character, I will not be accepting them to join. Do not worry, I will PM you the actual reason if there are other things I find wrong with your character for the RP.
