Out of Character
1. Access to the dream is a privilege, not a right.
2. We do not welcome any advertisements or IC mention of other communities/settings without moderator approval, in any capacity. This includes discord servers, toyhou.se groups, and other dreams.
3. OOC chatter, desctag sharing, and other non-roleplay interactions are allowed anywhere in the dream as long as they are not disrupting an active scene. If you must share cookies with others during roleplay, use make-secret name command or move your pixels as to not disrupt. Staff can and will move your pixels to our designated *idle brig if necessary.
4. Idling is allowed anywhere within the dream, as long as you respect requests to move your pixels for roleplay. You may ask Staff to move someone if they are unresponsive. We have a 4 hour idle check timer.
5. Consent rule is applicable in Undertow in an IC Actions lead to IC Consequences. You may deflect actions taken upon you within reason, and excessive actions can lead to IC punishment.
  Undertow does not have guards of their own, yet, but disturbing the peace for simply the sake of it can find your character in trouble with the locals and pirates that solicit the cove.
6. Combat, violence, and sexual roleplay are allowed anywhere within the dream as long as all active participants in the scene are in agreement, and does not disrupt other opportunities to write. We recommend moving to less populated locations. At this time, the dream does not have private rooms, so it is player's discretion.
In Character
Pirates, Visitors, Patrons, Locals
1. Cannot and will not plunder or arrest from the cove without explicit permission in mission form.
2. Conflict with others must stay in outdoor areas, with minimum damage to public property, or expect to be billed.
3. The cove is always active, even if there are no pixels present - do not think you are ever alone on the docks, markets, or within the tavern.
4. There are two common currencies found exchanged on Huetia:
  Jemmies - Jewels discs with a tin, brass, or gold frame.
  SOCC - Chocolate coins, locally made and rare - traded or given as rewards during events.
Slaves and Servants - this whole section needs repondering with the allowance of slavery.
1. As the slave trade is new to Huetia and not common knowledge, all trade is held within the auction house, The Dark Spot. Trade outside of the premises is strictly prohibited.
2. Slaves are not available for public use or public rentals. They are auctioned off on a nightly basis or for permanent ownership. (slight rewrite of below rule).
3. Stock is often shipped in from other islands but can include those with outstanding debts and criminals.
4. Runaways might be overlooked if they can find work on the docks or within the tavern, but beggars and whores will be recaptured and set to auction. There will be no protections made unless you have secured it through IC means with another character, do not expect NPC's to house you.
5. No slave will be public use and will only be expected to obey their owners (patrons? renters? warders?) and are considered an extension of their owner when it comes to how they carry themselves and respect the public.
  If they are somehow separated or make issue - jailed and returned with a fee or cycled back into the stock if left unclaimed for more than 8 hours.
