-Water Sources (Few but Vital. Knowledge Required)
-Food Sources (Cacti, Hunting Rodents, Bird Eggs. Knowledge Required)
-Short rain season (And when it rains, it pours)

-Extreme Temperatures (scorching heat during the day, freezing cold at night)
-Mirages due to heatwaves/Hallucinations due to dehydration or heatstroke
-Venomous Creatures (Snakes, scorpions, flesh-eating beetles etc)
-Sand-Storms (During one, you cannot breathe, cannot see, it can cut you, and cause suffocation if enough is inhaled) -

-Shelter (If you can reach them, and deal with whatever may be living there)

-Altitude Sickness
-Extreme Cold and Wind
-Slips, Falls, and Rockslides
-Storms can come out of nowhere, especially on tall peaks, causing whiteouts, lightning strikes, and freezing rain to turn deadly fast.
-Isolation and Exhaustion (Getting up is hard, getting down is harder) -
