    -Sudden, violent tides that wash away shelters or traps
    -Razor coral beneath the surface of the water
    -Predatory sea life
    -The Reef provides a vast variety of dangers, predators and possible infections if cut/wounded
    -Sunstroke, exposure to the elements, dehydration
  • The Piney Woods

    The Piney Woods

    -Fruits (Some edible, some not)
    -Water Vines or Freshwater Springs
    -Hunting Game (Boar, birds, etc)
    -Medicinal herbs/poison reagents
    -Fire Starter Materials
    -Building Materials

    Dangers:
    -Poisonous Plants
    -Disease-bearing insects
    -Dense fog, low visibility
    -Predatory animals (Bears, Bobcats, Mountain Lions, etc)
    -Extreme Weather
  • The Desert

    The Desert (Modeled after the Sahara Desert)

    -Water Sources (Few but Vital. Knowledge Required)
    -Food Sources (Cacti, Hunting Rodents, Bird Eggs. Knowledge Required)
    -Short rain season (And when it rains, it pours)

    Dangers:
    -Extreme Temperatures (scorching heat during the day, freezing cold at night)
    -Mirages due to heatwaves/Hallucinations due to dehydration or heatstroke
    -Venomous Creatures (Snakes, scorpions, flesh-eating beetles etc)
    -Sand-Storms (During one, you cannot breathe, cannot see, it can cut you, and cause suffocation if enough is inhaled)
  • Bottom of the Mountain

    -Fresh Water (If snowcapped)
    -Food Sources (Berries, Onions, Mushrooms (some are toxic))
    -Shelter Materials
    -Hunting Game

    Dangers:
    -Possibility of flashfloods during rains
    -Rockfalls
    -Predatory Animals (Bears, mountain lions, wolves, mountain goats and boar)
    -Terrain-Related Injuries
    -Insects and Disease (Mosquitoes, ticks, and flies can carry parasites or malaria)
  • The Summit

    The Summit of the Mountain

    -Visibility & Navigation
    -Water Source (Clean Ice and Snow)
    -Rare Herbs and Mosses for medicines
    -Shelter (If you can reach them, and deal with whatever may be living there)

    Dangers:
    -Altitude Sickness
    -Extreme Cold and Wind
    -Slips, Falls, and Rockslides
    -Storms can come out of nowhere, especially on tall peaks, causing whiteouts, lightning strikes, and freezing rain to turn deadly fast.
    -Isolation and Exhaustion (Getting up is hard, getting down is harder)
  • The Rainforest

    -Natural Shelters & Materials (Leaves, Vines, Barks, etc)

    -Predators (Jaguars, leopards, boa constrictors, vipers, deadly coral snakes)
    -Insects (Assassin bugs, bullet ants, and wasps)
    -Parasites and Diseases
    -Toxic Plants and Fungi (Brightly coloured mushrooms or vines can be hallucinogenic, paralytic, or lethal.)
    -Natural Hazards (Floods from rains, falling branches/trees, landslides)
    -Navigation Nightmares (No landmarks, trails vanish in hours, dense canopies block sun and stars)
