Set about a year after the events of the last book of Wings of Fire (The Flames of Hope, Book 15). In the Bay of a Thousand Scales, there are many pirate crews, but one in particular seems to have caught your attention. They are known as Kraken's Krew/Crew, and are led by Kraken, of course, a Seawing pirate with dark navy blue-ish green and dulled purple scales. The crew originated in the Bay, but is anything but limited there. They sail all over the continent's waters, even Pantala's oceans are explored by them. They are known for their widespread explorations and often profit by bringing back imported items to pawn off on the two continents. They aren't as known for their violence as some of the crews, but that doesn;t mean they're peaceful. They're tough fighters and don't let anyone mess with them, though they have quirks but are like a big, rowdy family.
