Hi friends!
The introduction for Bluest of Bloods has been posted and it is kind of free reign on who wants to kick it off. As for characters, currently, we have:
Ophelia Whitmore (Dark Witch)
Evelyn Woe (Hunter)
Willabeth Jane Kingsley (Hunter)
Vladimir Volkov (Dark Witch & Hunter)
Samnael Carroway (Mostly.. human?)
More characters and NPCs of course can be in play eventually.

Hi! I’m new here and this is actually my first RP experience.
I wasn’t sure where to jump in, so I decided to start with the Free Play section to ease into things without interrupting the main storyline.
Feel free to message me privately if I do or say anything wrong — I won’t be offended

Hi Mia!! You're all good, don't worry about disrupting things.
We will keep the main plot on a scene-by-scene basis so, as long as a scene is finished, feel free to jump in or ask someone if they want a scene.
If you'd like, you could put your plot idea in the Secret Society of Plotters topic so everyone can see
I'm creating my synthetic human and absolutely gagging. I suggest not to read his page if you are eating, or would like to eat in the next couple of hours...

Lovely. Can't wait to meet him!
Btw, would it be okay if we have an inn that's known to most hunters where they gather, discuss leads and cases, or simply go there for a drink?
I was thinking of starting my post with Vlad being there.
Absolutely. We had something similar to that in the previous forum; I can see a more hoity-toity block with this inn for the legal hunters, as well as some inns nearby the Black Market for the same purpose.
Great!
I just posted at Free Play. Let me know if something needs to be changed.

No, it was awesome. I'm so excited to see it play out.
I think this plot is too cool to be a Free Play thing - if you want to repost it in the main thread, feel free.

Panda & Vlad, just let me know whenever you summon me in! I don't want to interrupt any introductions so whenever it feels right, just tell me to hop in, lol.
Same here. I don’t want to interrupt if you already have a plan, but since your character is in an abandoned place with ‘a monster’… maybe that could be Iris? She’s a vampire who has to feed in secret at night. Depending on how things unfold, she might just stay hidden or maybe show herself.
The plan for that scene is for the two hunters to face Ezekiel for the first time - no one knows about synthetic humans aside from the select few vamps involved in it, so they're going to be shaken and confused at what he is.
Though I don't want to leave you out, at all - I know a lot of the stuff we've come up with for Iris involves her more later-on. If you have any ideas for scenes in the meantime, please let us know! A majority of scenes/plots are going to be pre-discussed, so don't hesitate to ask anyone if you'd like a scene!
Iris can very well be used a lil later too when the hunters are trying to figure out what they witnessed.

If no one wants Ezekiel, I could take him
And let miabia develop their character as they wish.

Ooooh, you want him?
We talked 'bout it in the Iris plotting topic, where she was witness to his creation but she was horrified, disgusted, and abandoned it. So his creator is still open.

Sure, why not? I don't mind either of my characters dying - if it comes to this - for the sake of the plot, so why not make something memorable and awesome?

Although, maybe you should enlighten me with your ideas for the whole thing so I can play him right.
I don't have much at the moment, to be honest. Just this beginning concept of vampire blood farm, and then slowly refining the "experiments" to be as lifelike as possible. This would be for kidnapping important figures if needed, replacing their absence with a synthetic human; so it would involve a lot more magic and science for the experiments to mimic that human. This could be linked to the whole vampire idea that feeding on someone gives you bits of their personality/skills temporarily. I dunno.
This whole thing I see as intertwined with the main plot, so I'm happy to spitball.

Alright, sooo... Lucas created Ezekiel to be able to feed off of him whenever he wants. That leads me to the conclusion that he likes to experiment on stuff. Also, can he mind control Ezekiel somehow or influence him in any way? Or they're just bound to serve their creator? Because either way, his goal could be to create as much synthetic humans as possible, to teach other vampires how to create them, and form an army to establish "new world order", where vampires will dominate over every other species.

Possible backstory with Iris and Lucas if you like;
Years ago, Iris briefly worked in the same hidden vampire research facility where Lucas conducted his grotesque experiments. She wasn’t part of the core team, her presence was discreet, and she was mostly there to observe under another vampire’s guidance. But what she saw was enough.
One night, she witnessed the creation of what would later become Ezekiel — the first synthetic human. The sight horrified her. The process wasn’t just cruel, it was unnatural, a mockery of life. She walked away from it all. Vanished without a word. Lucas never forgot.
He considers Iris a coward. A traitor to her kind’s future. But he’s also smart enough to know they both have secrets. If she were to expose his involvement, her own illegal existence would be outed too. Also Lucas could easily expose her as a vampire. The government would kill them both.
Now that Iris has reemerged, embedded deep within the government under a human alias, Lucas sees two options:
Turn her into an ally or eliminate her. She knows too much, and worse, she has a conscience. He hasn’t decided yet. But he’s watching her closely. And if she takes one wrong step, he won’t hesitate

You know what? I adore this. If DeliriousMitty is alright with it, then I'm all up for it. Or if there are some stuff that don't align with the main story, then we can do something similar to that.
