Welcome to Farhaven Hotel! The rules here are pretty simple!
-The vibes here should be very chill/low fi/cozy, both IC and OOC. You're welcome to bring some low stakes IC drama with your character but please leave all the OOC drama at the door. Be kind, thoughtful, considerate and gentle with each other.
-This is a ghost friendly group. We understand that this is hobby and life must always come first. A heads up is always nice, but also isn't always possible. We get it. Take care of you. That's an order. Lack of self care will not be tolerated. Those who rise from the grave will always be welcomed back with open arms.
-This group is meant to be about friendship, relationships and finding peace. Combat is not banned, but please keep it small scale and discuss outcomes with your partner so everyone is on the same page.
-This is an adult group (18+) and NSFW topics are not a problem. All I ask is any sexual scenes play out only in a character's personal room and not public areas. Also please add (NSFW) in the title of your thread so people know what they are getting into before they click on it to read it.
-Characters both mundane and magical are welcome here! The castle time line is currently set at modern, but given the multi-dimensional nature of the magic currently affecting it if you character comes from a more historic or even futuristic setting they too would be welcome, just possibly a little out of place/time, which isn't necessarily a bad thing! Feel free to whip out your wand or your cell phone, just don't expect great reception to the outside world. Excellent wifi in the cafe though!
-If you wish to write in a location but a scene is already ongoing in that area, feel free to start a new thread for your own use. I'm not worried about any sort of time line or over lap. We're just here to write and have fun.
-Why is there a whole forum no one is allowed to use?! I have plans for the tower, don't worry. It's mostly there to help me remember that it's there and what I want to do. Once we get a few members and I find the time we'll have ourselves a fun little event there, hopefully. For now please respect the princess' privacy.
